9 A Research on Financial Cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong under the Early and Pilot Implementation Policy FENG Bangyan Qin Jian Peng Wei School of Economics Ji nan University Guangzhou Guangdong Abstract In the context of the overall strategy of national financial opening and financial safety Guangdong has greatly benefited from the right of setting up Comprehensive Experimental Plot of Financial Reform and Innovation which is endowed by The Outline of the Program for Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region and the institutional arrangement of Early and Pilot Implementation. Under all of the above institutional privileges this article is to discuss how to surmount the institutional systematic and structural obstacles for the financial cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong and to expand the o- pening to the Hong Kong's financial industry finally to construct a financial central circle of the Great Pearl River Delta leading by Hong Kong staggered development with Shenzhen and Guangzhou financial industry so as to upgrade Hong Kong's strategy position as global financial centre and speed up the development of modern service industry in Guangdong. The Huang ting jing was handed down among scholars mainly in the form of copying it as the calligraphy models before the mid -Tang Dynasty. the Huang Tingjing's characteristic of attaching great importance to the Inner alchemy regimen. After the mid-tang Dynasty Huang Ting Jing was popular with common scholars at this time which can be proved by these following things Imbued by Huang Ting Jing the scholars read it aloud copied and annotated it borrowing its regimen and practice method. What's more they often quoted terms and the story of changing the goose with Huang Ting Jing from Huang Ting jing as allusions in their poems which can be found in some poems' content and styles. It is said that the syntax of the sentence has the antitheses in the poems of the Tang and Song Dynasties may be traced back to Huang ting Jing.
