CARE INSTRUCTIONS To clean your footbeds, we advise that you remove them from your footwear, wipe them with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, and allow them to air dry. If your footbeds get wet during use, remove them from your footwear and allow them to air dry. Men s Women s Men s Women s Men s Women s FITTING INSTRUCTIONS Men s Women s To wear-mould, remove the factory-supplied sock liners from your footwear, replace them with your new SOLE Custom Footbeds, and wear them as normal. The footbed will adapt to your foot after a few days. To heat-mould, follow three simple steps: 1 Place the footbeds in a pre-heated oven (200 F or 90 C) for 2 minutes.
