Starting on the outer ring, gather the end of the mesh together and secure to the frame by twisting the wires around it. Measure approx 35cm from the twist and gather the mesh in your hand (you can use more or less depending on how full you want your wreath to look). Place your hand under the mesh to f luff and pouf it up, then secure it in the next twist. Continue around the wreath bunching and securing at each wire until you are back at the beginning. Pull the mesh snugly from the last pouf and move into the closest twist on the inner ring, continue making poufs this time measuring approx 20cm of mesh for each pouf until you have worked all the way around the inner ring. Repeat the process with the deco mesh ribbon, increase the size of the poufs slightly so that they sit comfortably over your existing mesh poufs.
