The formulations to concentration ranges are provided for in Regulation ( EC ) 1223/2009 for the electronic notification of cosmetics by the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal ( CPNP ), made pursuant to Article 13. The formulations at concentration intervals (found in the user manual for notification by CPNP en.htm ) specify the types of ingredients and their concentration range, allowing quick identification of products. The full list of ingredients is shown on the packaging of the individual products in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Regulation ( EC ) 1223/2009. 3 HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION When used according to the manufacturer's instructions, the product is safe for humans and the environment. The following information is relevant in the case of misuse or accident. Use the product under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. For external use only, do not swallow. avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of the reach of children. Finished product microbiologically controlled. FIRST AID MEASURES measurements in case of : Inadvertent contact with eyes : Remove contact lenses, rinse thoroughly with water, if irritation persists, consult a doctor. Accidental ingestion or inhalation, consult a doctor. FIRE FIGHTING MEASUREMENTS In case of fire, use water spray, dry chemical, carbon dioxide. MEASURESMENTS IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL SPILLAGE Collect spill with a cloth and wash with water. Never return spilled product in the original container. Never reuse the spilled product. HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling: Avoid any use not foreseen in the instructions. Never return the spilled material in original container in order to ride again. Keep away from children. storage: Keep the product in dry places. Do not store the product near sources of heat or direct sun light.

PERSONAL PROTECTION / EXPOSURE The work environment must be adequately ventilated, possibly changing air mechanically ( Title II, Decree 81/2008, as ammended ). Where there can be can be emissions of vapors, gases or dust, or spillage of substances must be located in distinct areas, with systems of aspiration or collection systems ( all.iv point 2 Legislative Decree 81/08 ). In the event that the employer identifies risks not avoidable or not sufficiently reducable by other means, he must provide to theworkers appropriate personal protective equipment ( PPE ) (arts. 75 and 77 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, as amended ). The use of PPE provided by the employer is compulsory (art. 20, paragraph 2, and 78 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008, as amended ). DISPOSAL INFORMATION With regard to the disposal of cosmetic products, the reference standard is Part Four of the Legislative Decree no. 152/06 (Environmental Code), as amended. For disposal purposes, non-hazardous waste from handicraft activities (in the case of a hair salon or cosmetic salons where empty bottles and containers are used) may be disposed of by local Municipality so long as it has implemented the provisions of Article.

5 198 of Legislative Decree no. 152/06 (Code of the Environment) that lists competenze of the municipality. If the risk assessment (art. 28 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 ) comes the need to activate health monitoring, the employer shall appoint a qualified doctor (art. 18, paragraph 1, letter a) ) to submit workers to pre-hire and periodic visits prescribed by the Standard (Art. 41 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 ). Workers are required to undergo health checks prescribed by the doctor responsible (arts. 20 and 78 Leg. 81/8 ). OTHER INFORMATION This information relates to the current state of our knowledge.
