1 TRINITY HEALTH CORPORATION OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE Pursuant to Sections 5. 7( d) and 5.12 of the Master Trust Indenture (Amended and Restated) dated as of July 1, 1998 (the "Master Indenture") between Trinity Health Corporation (formerly known as Holy Cross Health System Corporation) (the "Corporation") and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association (formerly known as The Bank of New York Trust Company, National Association) (the "Master Trustee"), attached is a schedule demonstrating the calculation of the Historical Debt Service Coverage Ratio of the Credit Group for the fiscal year ended June 30, The undersigned has made, or caused to be made, a review of the activities of each member of the Credit Group during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013 for purposes of determining whether or not the members of the Credit Group have complied with all of the terms and conditions of the Master Indenture during such fiscal year and hereby certifies, in the name and on behalf of the Corporation, as follows: (1) Each member of the Credit Group has complied with all of the terms and conditions of the Master Indenture for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013; and (2) Each member of the Credit Group has kept, observed, performed and fulfilled each and every covenant, provision and condition of the Master Indenture on its part to be performed; and (3) Each member of the Credit Group is not in default in the performance or observance of any of the terms, covenants, provisions or conditions of the Master Indenture applicable to such member.
