Study visit to TOBB ETU

1 Turkey is an amazing country and this was the great opportunity for us to discover some secrets of big Turkish economic growth. I had a great time here, TOBB ETU is a great university such as all its facilities. I also want to thank to SEBS and Miss Djana Kazic for great leading of us, patience and understanding. Admir Arnaut It is hard to express my impressions in few sentences because there were too many positive things that happened in these two weeks. Trip was more than useful, not only because of the lectures, but also because of the experience of meeting new people, cultures and way of thinking. Furthermore we presented our country, school and ourselves in best possible way and showed our full potential. Vedad Mulalić It was a great experience. I had a great time. Merima Buza We came to Ankara after great flight and I have spent amazing two weeks here. I saw great places, institutions, etc. and I met a lot of nice people. I'm glad I was here. Also, having the chance to visit some of the institutions and companies under the TOBB "umbrella", opened for us connections, which we can use for getting a scholarship for studying in Turkey or maybe to establish our own business one day. 3 The exchange program at TOBB University in Ankara has been one of the best experiences ever. It was my honor and luck to be part of this. We have learned a lot, met amazing new people, had fun and above all, we have created everlasting memories. If I have to describe this trip in one sentence it would be as following: "We do not remember days; we remember moments." Anida Krajna "We were in Ankara, the hometown of 5 million people, and unlike Sarajevo I could not feel the crowd or crossing someone s path, unless I was in queue for tea or kebab. But with those ones I crossed path with I felt worm welcome and mutual interest in each others culture, especially in food and jokes." Omer Branković Going to Turkey was an incredible experience. Thanks to TOBB University and SEBS we were not only able to see all of Ankara and its culture, but we were also able to learn much of the city s history. The lessons of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Demet Varoğlu were great, we have learned lot about doing business internationally. 4 I don't know how to describe it, but I just have to say that everything was wonderful. We visited beautiful country, met new friends and colleagues, learned something new about culture. Turkish people are incredibly hospitable and passionate and I can't say a bad word about this visit. 6 I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in this exchange. The cooperation between SEBS and TOBB University brought to us, the students, an exciting and refreshing experience. During two weeks, listening lectures from Demet Hodja, we expanded our knowledge from the area of International Business. Professor admired us, to participate in her lectures, helped us to understand the importance of this subject in our future, to be able to make a good decision on international field. We also had a chance to see have things work in a real world, by visiting companies under TOBB umbrella. For me as a student of Financial management it was a wonderful chance to see practical examples at the last year of undergraduate program. These days brought me nicest memories from Ankara. It is a modern city, which helped me to meet Turkish culture, new friend, and how the studies look there. I am lucky to be the part of those who had a chance to visit TOBB University.
