We imagine and design our own tests laboratories, according to the needs; therefore, we can implement any test, even very specific ones. Our testing equipments are designed to respect international standards but we can adapt to your specific demands, if needed. A wide range of testing equipments available, which allows us to develop and test our own products. 1

5 Research & development Custom designs 1 Conceptions spéciales ENGINEERING We develop and manufacture class 1, 2 & 3 connexion elements in aluminium, copper or steel : anchoring, joining sleeves, repairing sleeves, T joining, lugs for conductors (ACSR, ASC and ACCR), etc... Our POLTEC product line provides utilities as well as construction companies with pole line hardware and input electrical accessories. With our european partners, we can also provide complete connection solutions to meet your needs and technical demands in overhead and underground distribution, transmission and security. MANUFACTURING Our important manufacturing capacity can adapt to your drawings or the ones we will create for you. We own several NC manufacturing centers and NC turning machines (numerically controlled) as well as conventional machines and a plasma cutting machine. We keep in stock enough copper, aluminium and steel to be able to meet all your demands even the most urgent ones.

7 Equipments calibration and maintenance 2 Cicame Energie offers you to check, calibrate and repair your electrical and safety equipments. Cicame Energie offers you to calibrate your electrical and safety equipments such as insulated Conceptions hot sticks, carpets spéciales and gloves, voltage detectors (low, medium and high voltage), grounding, etc... All our services meet the expectations of european and american safety standards such as ASTM D120, F496; ASTM D1051, F496; ASTM D1048, F479; D1050, F478; ASTM D1049, F478; ASTM D178; ASTM F711; ASTM F2321; ASTM F2249; ASTM F1505. Following calibration, we issue a conformity certificate for each equipment which has passed the test and we apply a sticker indicating checking date as well as the date for next calibration. When the equipment fails the test, we identify it as DEFECTIVE and a non-compliance certificate is issued in order to expain failure. In case of failure, we bid for product repairing or replacement. We also own a High Voltage Laboratory allowing us to calibrate the detection thresholds of your voltage detectors (medium and high voltage). High voltage Voltmeter of 70 kv when alternative and 100 kv when continuous. One of our strenghs is succeeding in integrating an easy but powerful system to follow-up the whole verification process: thanks to the 2D bar code technology, each inspection, calibration and repairing report is recorded on a website linked to the bar code. Therefore, you can easily find this information scanning the bar code with a smartphone. 9 Equipments calibration and maintenance 2 When to check your safety equipments? Cicame Energie is commited to visually check and perform dielectrical tests needed on your safety equipments according to standards. INSULATING GLOVES According to ASTM F standard, a dielectrical test has to be performed every 6 months for every class: 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4. LIFTS - NACELLES According to CSA standard, an electric rigidity test has to be performed within a 13-month time frame. ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT Applicable standards: - hot sticks: ASTM F711, F grounding : ASTM insulating carpet: ASTM D178 - voltage detectors : ASTM F conductor-covers:astm F478 - dielectrical tools: ASTM F1505 According to those standards, it is the owner's responsibility to implement a maintenance process specifying checking frequency and type. This process should take into account the equipment usage frequency as well as the work type to be performed. Electrical tests 7.1 Where the inspection specified in Section 6 indicates that there may be reason to suspect the electrical integrity of a line hose or cover, an electri8cal test shall be performed before reissuing the line hose or cover for service.

Cicame Energie owns a mobile laboratory, which allows our operator to check, calibrate and repair your electrical and safety equipments directly at your premisses. Processes and demands are the same as in our premisses, in Saint-Hubert, QC. The same standards are also followed. You can be assured that our mobile laboratory is a time saver for you, as you do not need to part with your equipments for a long time. Keep your equipments where they are, where you need them and we come out to test them! With our mobile laboratory, our operator can perform all the tests, verifications, calibrations and repairing seen in part 2 of this document Equipment calibration and maintenance, but wherever you need them to. Thanks to this mobile laboratory, we can check and calibrate : - insulating gloves, carpets and hot sticks - grounding - lifts and nacelles - voltage detectors -... and any other equipment upon request

18 Electrical tests laboratories 5 Several laboratories specifically designed for all your electrical tests HIGH POWER LABORATORIES - 3 BENCHS DEDICATED TO ELECTRICAL AGEING In order to test your electrical equipments, we expose them to ageing cycles in water. Water cooling is faster and more stressful for connectors, which optimizes tests and results reliability. Those tests can also be performed in the air, upon request. 22 Training Cicame Energie is fully recognized to provide professional training Cicame Energie offers theorical as well as practical trainings on a wide range of topics such as Arc Flash safety equipments, 120 / 240 V repairing, electrical dangers, safety rules, transformers, network protection, operation plan etc... We have other training needs? Contact us, we are able to fully customise our training to produce tailor-made training modules that will meet the specific requests of your company. We can also adapt existing training contents if needed. Training lasts from 2 to 4 hours for 4 to 8 participants. Our teachers have a wealth of experience gained working for reference customers such as Hydro Quebec. They are pleased to teach their key skills and they can create fully customised trainings to meet your needs. During training, each participant receives: - comprehension exercises; - practical exercises thanks to our training trailer; - a satchel including a summary of the training; - a training attestion. As for employers, following training, they will receive a web copy of attendance, of training attestations as well as of the assessment of the session by participants. 6
