The movement, case, and metal band are covered. Also, any damage caused by water is covered, providing the crystal is undamaged and the crown was properly screwed down at time of exposure. Damage caused by accident or misuse, normal wear and tear, breakage, scratches, or the wearing through of plating is not covered. This Guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. If your watch fails, return it to your dealer, along with the completed GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE. You may, if you prefer, return it to Jules Borel & Co. Enclose the Guarantee Certificate, plus $8.00 to cover shipping and handling.
