They can also stay in separate runs as you prefer. We reserve the right to refuse any clients dog(s) at our own discretion. This policy also pertains to any dogs that have aggression issues, including but not limited to toy aggression, dog-to-dog aggression, dog-to-human aggression, inciting aggression. As a standard policy, we request our doggie owners to pay a 50% balance of the estimated boarding fees upon arrival in addition to any extras, i.e. training, baths, etc., and the balance paid upon your doggie s departure. Remember, check-out time is 1:00 p.m., so if you pick up your pet after 1:00 p.m. up until closing, you will be charged just a half-day daycare fee of $ Some doggie owners wish to pick up their dogs on Sundays. As our OFFICE is closed on Sundays, all Boarding dogs going home that day must have their boarding fees paid in total upon check-in. In addition to the boarding charges prior to Sunday pick up,your dog MUST be picked between 11am - 4pm on Sunday. Dogs departing on Sunday are not fed a PM meal so prepare to feed them at home.

DAYCARE SPECIAL CHARGES Bow Wow Bungalow is open Monday- Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9pm and Saturday 7am-7pm for daycare. 3 BOARDING DOGGIES MUST ARRIVE BY 4:00 P.M. THERE IS A $50.00 FEE FOR DROPPING DOGS OFF FOR BOARDING AFTER THIS TIME. DEPOSIT POLICY: In an effort to help as many precious Doggies that need a place to stay, we have a deposit policy. We require a $55 deposit (equal to a one-night stay) on all boarding stays. If there is a cancellation for any reason within 72 hours of your boarding reservation, you will forfeit your deposit. If the cancellation falls outside the 72-hour period, your deposit will be applied to future services of daycare or boarding in the form of Bow Wow Bungalow Credit. No shows will also cause the deposit to be forfeited. What type of collar should my dog wear during the stay? A flat nylon (Breakaway) collar is mandatory. When at play, it is easy for a tooth or a toenail to become lodged in a choke chain. Two dogs playing could become one tangled dog and get injured. Breakaway collars allow us to quickly remove the collar for your dog s safety. They can be purchased elsewhere or here at Bow Wow Bungalow in our Boutique. If you do not come with a collar of this type each time your doggie comes to daycare or boarding, you will be charged for one. Please mark the collar with your dog s name. And please make sure you have it when you go home when picking up your doggie. Thanks so much for understanding. What should I bring to Bow Wow Bungalow for my dog s stay? Feel free to bring bedding for your dog and/or something familiar from home, i.e., an unwashed T-shirt or sock. If your doggie sleeps with you under the covers and you can t spare those 800 thread count sheets, we have lots of bedding. If your dog is a shredder, though, bedding is a BAD idea because bits and pieces could be ingested. No bowls are necessary, as we use stainless steel that we sterilize in the dishwasher. We ask you to limit the dog toys to three. The rest are overload. Oh, and no rawhide, greenies, nylabones, and/or any dried animal parts. I.e. bully sticks & pigs ears. Pieces can get lodged in the digestive tract and who needs a tummy ache or worse a trip to the vet. PLEASE MARK YOUR DOG S BEDDING & BELONGINGS CLEARLY, PLEASE. Bow Wow Bungalow is not responsible for any belongings that come into the Kennel with your dog(s). These items may come back to you in 1 or 1,000 pieces or not at all. GROOMING: Grooming fees are calculated on the size of the dog, length of hair and whether or not there are mats. Prices range from $25.00 up to $ We offer two kinds of shampoos for our doggies. Buddy Wash: Lavender/Mint is an all natural shampoo which cleans gently and thoroughly. Our Oatmeal shampoo is for those doggies with itchy skin very soothing. A medicated flea bath can be added for $8.00 more. (your dog should have no more than 1 flea bath per month) We can clean your dog s ears and trim their no extra charge. Please note depending on a dog s reaction we may not be able to trim a dogs nails, for safety reasons. We can also Blow Dry your extra charge.

4 VACCINATIONS: We require proof of current Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper Combo) and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations. You may also provide proof of a Titer test in lieu of vaccinations. Doggies must be spayed or neutered by six months to be able to play here at the Bungalow so we will need proof of sterilization. FLEAS: We maintain a flea-free environment here at the Bungalow. We ask all owners to make sure their doggies are flea-free. If we find fleas on your dog, we will segregate your dog into a kennel and notify you. MEDICATIONS: To eradicate the possibility of ANY confusion as to the administration of any and all medications, we request the owners bring prescriptions and vitamins in CLEARLY marked containers with instructions. If the meds or supplements are in a glass container, please transfer to a non-breakable container. This will insure if dropped no damage will occur. If your pet has a life threatening medical condition and/or is elderly requiring special handling, Bow Wow Bungalow, LLC, retains the right to refuse acceptance of said pet. There will be a $3.00 additional charge for medications we administer to the dog. If your dog requires medical treatment, there will be an extra fee imposed as one of our staff will be transporting and staying with your dog at the Vet. Please be sure to fill out our Pet Profile. This enables us to understand your dog s feeding routine, necessary administration of medications, history and habits. This will allow us to take the best possible care of your pet. Don t forget to give us ALL contact information. Thanks!! SPECIAL CHARGES: In the event, and it has happened, your dog uses the Bow Wow Bungalow pool to eliminate, (poopie), there will be a $ charge. When this occurs we MUST drain, sanitize, refill and filter the pool which causes 4-5 hours of down time. Therefore, swimming is no longer an option for those dogs that specifically come to swim and play. SPECIAL HANDLING The following are considered special handling & will be charged according to the particular service rendered. If your dog refuses to eat, we try to encourage him/her with hand feeding or any special foods. Brushing of fur, brushing of teeth, walks, all are considered special handling. EVALUATIONS: All dogs prior to Daycare or Boarding must have an evaluation to determine that they are sociable. Evaluations are by appointment only and are given Monday-Saturday EXCEPT for Tuesday at 11:15AM, 12:00PM and 1:00PM Dogs who request boarding must complete one half day of daycare. The reason for this requirement is to assure the dog is truly sociable. 5 Bow Wow s Daily Routine 6:30am: Boarding dogs are put outside for their morning potty break. 7:00am: Boarders go back into runs, food and meds are administered at this time. After each meal all boarders must have at least one (1) hour rest for the purpose of digestion. 9:00am: Feeds and rest period completed the boarders come out in the yard to play. 11:00am: Boarders are taken back into their runs. Any feeds, snacks, meds or other needs are done at this time. Boarders are in for mandatory 2 hour rest (unless owner requests otherwise). 1:00pm: Boarders go back out in the yard to play before dinner. 2:00pm-4:00pm Boarders go in runs for dinner. Food and meds administered at this time. 5:00pm: Boarders go back out to play before bedtime. 9:00pm: Boarders are tucked in for the evening. o On Saturdays and Sundays boarders are put in at 7:00pm and let out at 9pm for a potty break.
