This slows the absorption, which makes it much safer. It is also economical. The oils can pass directly through the skin and into the organ that needs healing. It is very effective! It can sink directly into the organ you wish to help. Choose a carrier oil such as jojoba oil, coconut oil, olive oil, apricot kernel oil, or avocado oil. Dilutions:.25% Dilution for children age 3 months to 2 years. 1% Dilution for children 2-6 and people with a compromised immune system, or pregnant/nursing women. Also good for facial use of most adults. 1-2% Dilution For children ages % Dilution For most adults 3-10% Dilution good for certain injuries or acute illness. 25% Dilution used on rare occasions for muscle cramps, bruising, spasms, etc

2 Safe Dilution Adults 1% Dilution for Compromised Immune Systems, Pregnant, Nursing, or Sensitive Skin/Face 1 drop in a teaspoon of carrier oil 6 drops in an ounce of carrier oil 2-3% Dilution For most adults with regular use 2-3 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil drops in an ounce of carrier oil 3-10% Dilution For acute situations 3-10 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil drops in an ounce of carrier oil 25% Dilution For rare occasions for muscle cramps, bruising, spasms, etc 25 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil 1 ½ teaspoon of essential oil in an ounce of carrier oil Safe Dilution Children Use Child Safe Oils.25% - (Strict) For children age 3 mo. to 2 1 drop in 4 teaspoons of carrier oil 3 drops in TWO ounces of carrier oil 1% - For children age drop in a teaspoon of carrier oil 6 drops in an ounce of carrier oil 1.5-2% for children drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil 12 drops in an ounce of carrier oil Child Safe Oils in the Kit: Ok for ages 3 months and up: Melaleuca, Lavender, Frankincense Lemon*, Citrus Fresh*, Stress Away* Joy* - diffusion is fine, and skin contact ok over age 2 (possible skin sensitivity) *Don t use citrus oils on skin exposed to sunlight as it can promote sunburn.

Diffuse 10 minutes on, 30 minutes off or as needed. Gentle oils can be diffused for longer. 4 Some Samples Lavender - Lavandula angustifolia: Soothe Skin Conditions - Apply 1-2% dilution Help Relax before Bed - Rub dilution on bottoms of feet. Diffuse with lemon for a joy boost Soothe Belly Upset - Rub appropriate dilution all over belly. Soothe stings, bites, or sores - Put one drop (undiluted) on affected area. Thieves blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary The conservative approach is to use Thieves on children over ten.

5 Discourage Growth of Germs: Air - Diffuse Hands - 24 drops into ¼ cup aloe vera gel. Home - Mix 1 ½ cups water, ½ cup white vinegar, and drops Thieves in an old ACV bottle. Add spray nozzle. Gum Care swish a drop of Thieves in a Tbs. of coconut oil for up to 20 minutes. Spit in trash and rinse mouth. Immune Support rub diluted on bottoms of feet. PanAway blend of Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Clove and Peppermint Not recommended for children under six because of intensity. Not considered safe if you are on anti-coagulant medications, are having major surgery, or have hemophelia or other bleeding disorders. Sore Muscles massage a 3% dilution onto achey, sore, muscles. Good for any sore spots. Sore Joints Massage a 2-5% dilution into joints or add it to lotion and massage. Ease Tension apply 2-5% dilution to forehead and temple, or inhale directly from bottle. Lemon - Citrus limon: May cause skin sensitivity Diffuse for uplifting, fresh scent! Healthy Detox Boost - Rub diluted on liver (right rib cage- front, side and back) Settle Tummy Upset rub diluted on belly All purpose cleaner pour two cups water into a large spray bottle. Add 2 Tbs. castile soap, 25 drops lemon, and 5 drops lavender. Shake well before using. Hand Cleaner add 24 drops to ¼ cup aloe vera gel Soft scrub mix 2 Tbs. castile soap, ¾ cup baking soda, drops lemon, and just enough water to make a paste. Store in a jar. Goop Remover add 1-2 drops of lemon to remove residue from chewing gum, grease spots, or crayons.

6 Melaleuca -Melaleuca Alternifolia: Congestion diffuse, or rub diluted on chest and throat. Feet and Nail Support rub diluted on feet and toenails. Scalp Support add 20 drops to 16 oz. of your shampoo. Immune support rub diluted on bottoms of feet. Joint Health massage diluted onto sore joints. Purification blend of Citronella, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Melaleuca, Lavandin, Myrtle Not recommended for children under ten. Critter Discourager mix ¼ cup water and ¼ cup vodka or witch hazel. Add drops of Purification. Shake and spray on body. Safe to spray on children s clothes always check color safety. OR place a drop in each corner of picnic table.
