6 WIRE RACKS & COMBO UNITS Through innovation of the extrusion moulded add ons, the combo unit uses the easy adjustable basket slides and baskets to create many combinations of storage solutions. The extrusion mould simply clips onto the post and sits firm on either lower shelves or lower supports. The parts now supply holes to accommodate the easily adjustable slides. This combination of baskets and wire shelving gives the end user various options for storing items of various sizes. The extruded sections are easily added or removed from each unit making it easy to clean. They can be removed and wiped down or put through a wash if necessary. Innovation: We have essentially taken the best of both worlds, from the wire shelving and the basket shelving, and combined them. This combo set gives more flexibility for the mixture of high density basket storage to dust free modular wire shelving. They come in different sizes to accommodate different storage needs Slide Brackets These slide brackets were designed to increase the flexibility of wire shelving. Able to accommodate the easily adjustable basket slides. Made from a flexible and durable plastic, these brackets are clipped onto the post with no tools required. They come in different sizes which now allow you to add basket systems to your wire shelving, giving the essential flexibility that all storage requires. Since the brackets are clipped on by hand, they can be removed and can be wiped down or put through the wash. Flat Packed Baskets We have created a basket which allows us to use the easy adjustable slide and basket units but incorporated a wire mesh base which provides no areas for dust to trap. The base clips into a few hook connections at the base which gives it a strong and sturdy platform whilst allowing dust to fall through. 7 WIRE BASKETS The Nimble baskets offer an alternative option to the plastic tray system. The chrome plated wire construction ensures strength, durability and infection control standards are kept high as they are easily cleaned. The close mesh design of the baskets have 9mm gaps between the wires, with the sides of the baskets designed to have close mesh with 13mm gaps between the wires. This prevents any product in the basket from sliding out the sides or corners. The baskets have no sharp edges, and have been designed with reinforced bars to give extra strength and covered ends of the wire. This eliminates the sharp edges or areas of catchment. Our mesh baskets and shelving systems closely adhere to the AS/NZS 4187:2003 standards. The baskets come in a range of sizes and are perfect for use with Wire racking and shelving systems as well as wall mount applications. Critically, the wire mesh wall panels can be cleaned without being removed from the wall and do not trap dust or dirt like older pressed plate designs. This presents an optimal solution for infection control. Basket Sizes Available: 100mm wide x 200mm deep x 87mm high 205mm wide x 200mm deep x 87mm high 415mm wide x 300mm deep x 147mm high 415mm wide x 400mm deep x 207mm high The dividers are made for only the larger two sizes, and are designed for easy engagement or removal from the basket. It works with a lever system to allow the divider to slot in with ease and then lock into place. Wire Baskets & Wall Panels The nimble baskets and the small mesh design are perfect for wall mounting. All baskets can be either sit on the wall panel or can be used to sit on shelving or workstations. Our wall panels have been designed to allow each unit to sit flush against each other so you can connect as many panels together as you like and it will be a direct continuance of wire wall panel. Wall panels are made of wire which allows clinicians to clean behind the panels without removing them from the wall. 8 NIMBLE WIRE SHELVING SYSTEMS Wire shelving options come in a range of static and mobile shelve systems to suit any space. Infection control is improved through the wire mesh design which allows dust to fall through and not collect. The wire can also be easily wiped down and cleaned.
