CCS Roofing Profile S2500 Designed particularly as a structural roof system for pre-engineered Buildings is the most extensively testedsystem. It incorporates an unique heavy duty interlock clip that secures the system. In its 180 o Seam it locks the holders. A very small radius 1.5 metres is possible. It is ideal for elliptical shapes. 9 CCS Roofing Profile A1500 A high integral snap-lock panel system that consists of an integral narrow batten cap that snaps over rigid, continuous interlock leg to create a pleasing architectural panel system. Easy and fast in installation. Ideal for residential use. Seam Height 38mm, variable width. CCS Roofing Profile S65/415 Withstands high wind loads, using aluminum of up to 1.2mm. It can achieve a radius of 20 metres. Seam Height 65mm, fixed width 415mm, straight or tempered (for conical shapes). 10 CCS Liner Tray Cassette (structural cassettes) Technical information Liner Trays are cold-formed on CCS mobile roll-forming machines. Steel sheet with thickness from 0.75mm to 1.5mm, galvanized on both sides with zinc layer 100g/m 2 or 275g/m 2. Raw material used is steel in grade S320GD. From Z100 up to Z275 in accordance with EN standard, with a yield point fy=320 MPa, coil-coated with organic coating of 15μm or 25μm in accordance with EN standard. Accurate production process and high quality raw material guarantee a high load-bearing capacity and profile rigidity allowing an increase of span distances (columns, frames). Tables provide information enabling designers to make individual loading calculations in case of non-standard applications.
