Features of the New Casual Shirt & Classic Rugby Jersey 4 To our customers: For over a hundred years rugby players wore cotton jerseys. Then in 1995 the game went professional and rugby shirts began to move to lighter weight, tighter fitting performance fabrics. At Barbarian we responded with the introduction of PRO-fit, a fabric that is not only lighter and tighter but has excellent moisture management properties, two-way stretch and never fades. PRO-fit shirts can be ordered from stock or as custom orders. So that we could offer unlimited graphic design possibilities we brought out our PRO-fit Sublimation line for the team market several years ago. In this catalogue we have substantially expanded the number of stock designs for sublimation. We still make traditional cotton rugby shirts designed to game play specifications exactly the way we always have. We call them Barbarian Classic. This is the shirt that made us famous and that lasts just about forever. This year we are introducing a new line of light weight rugby shirts made strictly for leisure wear. We call them Barbarian Casual. To keep them light, and because we know that they are never going to be worn for game play, we have simplified the construction. Classic and Casual rugby shirts can be ordered from stock or as custom orders. The selection of stock Casual designs is limited and the minimum for custom Casual orders is higher. We are truly proud of our product offering. With PRO-fit and Sublimation for team wear and Classic and Casual for leisure wear, we feel that we have something for everyone. We make all of our rugby wear right here in Canada using USA cotton and polyester. We are members of the Fair Labor Association. Our minimums are low and our turn around is quick. All shorts are made at our factory in Canada and kept in stock. PFZ (3 inseam) This high performance short is made with 70% polyester / 30% cotton stretch fabric that wicks moisture away. There are no pockets and no side seams so nowhere for it to tear. Available in Black and Navy. Available in S - XXL NSZ (2 inseam) JSZ (2 inseam) JSL (4 inseam) All these 100% cotton shorts are built on the same platform. The NSZ has no pockets and is the most affordable.
