2 Everything is in motion. Everything flows. Everything is vibrating. William Hazlitt WEEK 10: EVERYTHING IS ENERGY The key to mastering manifestation is to first of all understand that everything is energy. Every thing that you see in your world, whether it is a piece of furniture, money or your body is simply a mass of vibrating energy that has come together to form matter. If you put any of these things under a very strong microscope all you will see is a mass of atoms and molecules buzzing together. Yes, this concept can mess with your head a little initially, however once you grasp it, it will support you in the process of manifesting what you desire. The next thing for you to understand, is that energy can vibrate at different rates. Energy can vibrate at either a high/fast vibration, or it can have a low/ slow vibration. To explain this, let s use water as an example. When you heat water, you cause the energy within the water to vibrate at a faster rate. This changes the form of the water and makes it become lighter which in turns create steam. But when you freeze water, you slow the vibration of the energy within the water down, so it starts to vibrate at a lower rate which makes it more dense and in turn creates ice. The most powerful way to apply this principle is to yourself by understanding that you can hold your body in a high and light vibration or in a low and slow vibration. Thinking positive, happy thoughts raises your vibration and makes the energy in your body vibrate at a higher rate which in turn create more positive emotions. This in turn attracts more positive and good things to you. While thinking negative, sad thoughts decreases your vibration and makes the energy in your body vibrate at a lower rate which in turns creates more negative emotion. This in turn attracts more negative things to you. 1
3 YOUR PRACTICES FOR THIS WEEK 1 Worksheets Complete the following 3 worksheets Thoughts = Energy worksheet Raise Your Vibes worksheet Using Energy To Manifest worksheet 2 Practice Complete the Receiving Meditation at the end of the workbook. 3 Meditate Take a minimum of 5 minutes each day to sit in stillness and breathe. 4 Affirm Everything is energy 2
4 WORKSHEET 1 : THOUGHTS = ENERGY This worksheet is going to show you how dramatically your thoughts can affect your energy and consequently alter the vibration at which the energy within your body vibrates. Start by thinking about something you would love to manifest or something you are working on manifesting at the moment. Write down all of your doubts, all of the reasons why you think this is not possible and all the reasons why you cannot do it. Once you have finished, write down how you are feeling and give your feeling a score out of 10. (0 = feeling flat or sad and 10 = feeling positive and amazing) 3
5 Before you move on to the next question, take a moment to clear your energy. Stand up and shake that nasty energy off. You may even like to put on a happy song and dance or by simply jump around shaking your body. Now write down all of the reasons why you think your dream is possible, all the reasons why you can do it, and the reasons why this most definitely will become a reality. Fill the page. Once you have finished, write down how you are feeling and give your feeling a score out of 10. (0 = feeling flat or sad and 10 = feeling positive and amazing) Did you notice a difference? Thinking negative thoughts creates negative energy, while thinking positive thoughts creates positive energy. 4
6 WORKSHEET 2 : RAISE YOUR VIBES You can consciously and deliberately raise your vibes by thinking positive thoughts and doing things you love. Once you have completed this worksheet, look back over it and practice spending time doing something from these lists every day. What makes you feel happy? What do you love to do? 5
7 What do you love about yourself or your life right now? What thoughts make you feel good when you think them? 6
8 WORKSHEET 3 : RAISE YOUR VIBES Using energy to manifest comes from understanding that the energetic vibration that you hold your body in magentises and draws towards it energy from the external world that matches is. So, when you hold yourself in a positive energy space you attract more positivity. When you hold yourself in an abundant energy space you attract more abundance. When you hold yourself in a loving energy space, you attract more love etc.. Choose something you want to manifest or are in the process of manifesting. What is the energy/vibration of what you want? eg: How would it feel to have that? Close your eyes and take a moment to connect with the feeling of having your desire manifested. Imagine that it is done and completed. Breathe in that feeling and allow it to fill you up. Really embody the energy of what it would be like to have it. What can you do to practice holding yourself in energetic vibration of that feeling? How can you continue to feel that way, even if your desire has not manifested? 7
9 EXERCISE : RECEIVING MEDITATION You can read through this meditation and practice it at your own pace. Or, you can listen to the recording of this meditation which will be available under the Week 10 Resources on the Members Website. 1) Prepare yourself for a meditation by dimming the lights, lighting a candle, getting comfortable and taking some deep breaths to relax yourself. Rest your hands in your lap or on your legs with your palms facing upwards. 2) Start by focusing your attention on your breath. As you breathe in feel the air moving in through your nose and down in to your belly. As you breathe out, feel the air leaving your tummy and moving out through your nose. Continue focusing your attention on your breath as you breathe in and out. Just allow yourself to relax. 3) As you breathe, imagine that as you breathe in you are drawing in positive and loving energy from the world around you, and as you breathe out you are sending more positive and loving energy out in to the world around you. Feel this energy moving in and out of you as you breathe and notice how it is making you feel. 4) Keep practicing this until you feel your energy shift to start taking on a higher, lighter and more positive vibration. Keep breathing in love and positivity and feeling it full you up, and keep breathing it out in to the world around you. 5) Now, start to imagine that the energy in your body is like a magnet. Feel the energetic power within you. Feel that as you breathe in loving and positive energy, you are becoming magnetic to even more of that energy. 6) Let the feeling of love and positivity fill up your whole body as you breathe and as you do this, imagine that you are starting to draw towards you things from the outside world that match that energy. You do not need to see what shape or form they are coming in, but know that they contain the same energy that is sitting within you. 7) Imagine that everything you would love to experience in the world is now becoming magnetised towards you. As you breathe deeply and hold yourself in a loving energy, you are drawing more of what you love to you. Notice that you do not need to do anything, and that these things are naturally and effortlessly flowing to you. Imagine them, just easily floating towards you. 8) Keep breathing deeply and feeling yourself draw loving people, experiences and things from the outside world, towards you. 9) Continue with this meditation, until you feel ready to finish. 8
