3 INTRODUCTION DGI Doedijns is specialised in the engineering and production of high quality hydraulic and pneumatic systems, innovative oil filtration and monitoring systems, sampling systems and valve automation. In addition, DGI Doedijns has designed a range of proprietary technologies. To service its clients in the Middle East & Africa region effectively and efficiently, DGI established a sales & service facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE as Doedijns Middle East & Africa FZE (DMEA). This ISO 9001: 2008 certified full-fledged 6000 ft² facility is providing sales & service support to DGI Group installed base in the region, as well as representing a number of A-class manufacturers. 8 PROPORTIONALVALVES T he large range of flexible, modular proportional valves from Hawe are also known as PSL valves. The valves are classified according to their flow in sizes 2,3,5 and 7. The proportional valves are available as PSL for the constant pump systems and type PSV for variable pump systems with a pressure/flow controller. 10 OIL MANAGEMENT System reliability and durability are increasingly important concepts in modern technology. The methods of oil management develop fast to control and monitor these concepts. We already know for decades that 80% of all hydraulic failures are caused by poor fluid condition. RMF Systems has developed an extensive package of filtration systems, oil monitoring systems and intelligent oil condition and oil analysis systems. We offer a complete oil management system to increase the reliability and durability of your system. PRODUCT RANGE RMF SYSTEMS Air Conditioners / Desiccant Breathers The RMF Air Conditioner deals effectively with solid particles and water vapour. The air is dried by passage through a column packed with Z-R gel granules. The dried air is then passed through a pleated synthetic fibre filter element (replaceable spin-on type) where solid particles are removed, so that the air reaching the reservoir is both clean and dry. By-Pass Filtration Units Depth filtration systems for the optimal filtration of oil in hydraulic or transmission systems in mobile applications. The By-pass filtration units have no motor/pump combination and are integrated in the system. Off-Line Filtration Units Modular filtration units that enable permanent oil filtration through their own motor/pump combination and highly efficient depth filtration system. The modular systems can be easily equipped with pre-water absorption filter elements (H2O sorb), air driven motors, oil preheating elements and even online particle monitors (Smart Off-Line Filter Units). Vacuum Dehydration Units Efficiently remove water from the oil and distinguish themselves by their ease of use. The units operate completely autonomously and PLC driven. They don t have to be adjusted for changing operating conditions. Contamination Monitoring Sensor (CMS) An 8 channel particle monitor with integrated water- and temperature sensor. Display in ISO and NAS. Delivered with full software. Contamination Monitoring Center (CMC) Online particle counter for applications that involve air in oil. A complete ready made solution for gearboxes. Oil Quality Sensor (OQS) Very accurate oil condition sensor that monitors the oil contamination in an early stage. 11 Remote Monitoring System (RMS) Complete system that enables remote monitoring of oil cleanliness and oil condition of your application.
