1 and Supplies Inventory Checklist First aid equipment, supplies and facilities must be kept clean, dry and ready for use, and be readily accessible at any time a worker works in the workplace. Inventory of and Supplies A company must provide for each workplace such equipment, supplies, facilities, first aid attendants and services as are adequate and appropriate for: (a) promptly rendering first aid to workers if they suffer an injury at work, and (b) transporting injured workers to medical treatment. Refer to the Company s completed first aid assessment(s) to determine the basic requirements of equipment, supplies, facilities, first aid attendants and services required. A visual inspection of first aid equipment and supplies will be completed daily by the lead first aid attendant (if applicable to your company) and monthly as part of site inspections. A complete inventory and review of the condition of first aid equipment and supplies will be completed: At a minimum annually If there is cause to believe supplies have been tampered with or used, or After caring for an injured person.
