Guanzhou Urban Planning and Design Survey Research Institute Guangzhou China Abstract It becomes more and more important to carry out the construction of underground informatization under uniform framework. Different from the aboveground s uniform data and application model the underground informatization is more isomerous and complicated in many ways and the design of management platform has to be based on the comprehension of data and application model character. The paper describes the classes and content of underground informatization at first and then summarizes five characteristics based on the analysis of geologic and underground pipes informatization construction.
