About FootActive.. Founded in Australia in 2005, FootActive is an international company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of pre-made foot orthotics. FootActive products are sold in specialty retail outlets and are also used by health practitioners. The body is a biomechanical kinetic chain, where abnormal movements in one joint can interfere with proper movements in other joints. Medical research in the past 15 years has clearly established a link between poor foot function and injuries in other parts of the body, such as knee and lower back pain. FootActive orthotics restore natural foot function, allowing joints and muscles to function more efficiently. In turn, this will help relieve painful conditions and help prevent future injuries. FootActive orthotics are safe to use and provide a low-cost, yet effective alternative to custom-made orthotics.

FootActive Comfort Full-length orthotics for Plantar Fasciitis and Metatarsalgia FootActive Comfort controls over-pronation (rolling in of the feet and collapsing of the arches). Arch support and re-alignment of the foot and ankle helps relieve foot complaints such as Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain & heel spurs), Achilles Tendonitis, Metatarsalgia (ball of foot pain), as well as flat feet and fallen arches. This insole also improves overall body posture and helps relieve knee pain and lower back pain. made of medium density EVA high arch support Podflex heel pad shock-absorbing forefoot nodules deep stabilising heel cup soft velours top layer

FootActive Casual 3/4 length orthotics for heel pain, foot pain or fallen arches FootActive Casual is a 3/4-length orthotic designed to control over-pronation (rolling in of the feet and collapsing of the arches). By re-aligning the foot and ankle the insole helps relieve common foot complaints such as Plantar Fasciitis (heel pain), Achilles Tendonitis, as well as flat feet and fallen arches. This insole also improves overall body posture and helps relieve knee pain and lower back pain. made of medium density EVA medium arch support Podflex heel pad deep stabilising heel cup soft velours top layer

FootActive Nature & Nature Plus Leather-covered orthotics for natural walking FootActive Nature and Nature Plus orthotics were developed by Australian podiatrists to correct over-pronation and to restore our natural foot function. The insoles feature a strong biomechanical arch support and deep heel cup for excellent control and re-alignment. Both products have a leather top cover for added walking comfort. FootActive Nature Plus FootActive Nature

FootActive Sports Shock-absorbing orthotics for sports and running FootActive Sports is made of cushioning closed-cell P.U. material and gel padding, cupped inside a firm thermoplastic outer shell. This unique insole provides both shock-absorption and biomechanical support. The orthotic helps relieve and prevent common sports injuries. It is suitable for many types of sports shoes, including running and jogging shoes, tennis, golf and basketball shoes. firm TPU plastic outer shell cushioning P.U. mid base polymer gel heel & forefoot pads re-inforced anatomic arch support stabilising heel cup

FootActive Sensi Soft orthotics for Diabetes, Arthritis and sensitive feet FootActive Sensi is designed to protect the feet of Diabetes sufferers, by reducing the risk of developing serious foot conditions as a result of neuropathy (inability to feel pain, heat or cold). This anatomically-shaped insole distributes the forces of walking evenly over the entire surface of the foot to protect sensitive areas from excess pressure and friction. The product is also suitable for people with Arthritis and/or sensitive feet. cushioning P.U. base gel heel and forefoot pads anatomic arch support Plastazote top layer

FootActive Catwalk Flexible insoles for ladies fashion footwear with high or low heels Walking in heels means most of your body weight is placed on the front of the feet, causing the forefoot structure to collapse. This excess force leads to ball of foot pain, excess callous and corns - even aching legs! FootActive Catwalk supports the foot and distributes body weight more evenly. This reduces the pressure on the ball of the foot. The insole is suitable for all types of women s footwear, including boots and sandals. cushioning, yet supportive insole gentle arch support super-micro fibre top cover adhesive to hold insole in place

FootActive Football Insoles for football, rugby, hockey and cycling FootActive Football is made of soft PU & Gel, combined with a firm plastic outer shell to provide both support and cushioning, increasing the player s comfort level. The insole helps control excess pronation - a contributing cause to many biomechanical injuries, such as Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Shin Splints and Patellofemoral syndrome (knee pain). Its narrow design and low arch profile creates a perfect fit inside the boot without cramping the feet. firm thermo-plastic outer shell cushioning P.U. mid base polymer gel heel & forefoot pads medium-height arch support slim design to fit all narrow-fitting footwear including cycling shoes

FootActive Workmate All-day support & comfort. Protects your feet from hard surfaces FootActive Workmate is developed for people who are on their feet all day, especially those standing on hard surfaces for long periods of time. The insole cushions and support the feet, providing overall stability and balance for knees, hips and lower back. FootActive Workmate helps make work shoes more comfortable. With less strain on the muscles and ligaments, FootActive allows the wearer to get through the working day without pain or discomfort. firm TPU plastic outer shell cushioning P.U. mid base gel heel and forefoot pads re-inforced anatomic arch support stabilising heel cup

Footlogics Kids Orthotics for young children with flat feet or fallen arches FootActive Kids are a medicalgrade orthotic designed to provide biomechanical support and restore the child s natural walking pattern. By re-aligning the young child s feet early on, many complaints can be prevented, allowing the feet to develop more naturally. Common complaints associated with excess pronation are Sever s Disease (children s heel pain) and Osgood Schlatter s (children s knee pain) Support for little feet! firm E.V.A base cushioning Durapontex heel pad strong arch support deep stabilising heel cup

FootActive Medical Medical-grade orthotics for maximum control FootActive Medical are available in three-quarter and full-length. Made of high density firm E.V.A the orthotics are ideal for people with severe excess pronation or flat feet. The orthotic prescription can be fine-tuned by applying additions. A rearfoot varus wedge can be applied to increase biomechanical control. Or a heel lift - 4mm or 8mm-, for patients with a leg length discrepancy. The orthotic can be heat-moulded if required. Medical Full-length Medical 3/4 length
