This is exactly what you can do with folding doors from Frovin call it a collapsible exterior wall solution in which an entire wall can easily be moved to the side and not just half a wall or less as with other, more traditional solutions. Expand your living area with the Frovin Door When the wall disappears, both your indoor and outdoor living areas become larger. The patio that is typically found on the other side of folding doors expands into the adjoining interior area, just as your interior living area increases in size when it is merged with the patio. This light and elegant construction ensure a maximum inflow of light and, together with the handsome windows, creates a harmonious facade. Custom design for the perfect match If the other windows in your home have grilles or window bars, Frovin folding doors can be customized to match. Frovin can also supply doors fitted with panels to match your entrance door or other exterior details of your home. And Frovin offers a range of specialty glass, should you have special needs or preferences for soundproofing or sun protection. 6 Technical details, dimensions & design Tested and airtight Folding door systems from Frovin are airtight and will remain airtight, as countless Frovin doors across Europe demonstrate. The door system has undergone tests for water performance, air leakage and air filtration. Please contact us for test results. The unit as a whole has a U-value of approx Specialty glass options such as frosted glass, sound proofed glass or sun protection glass are also available. Color options Folding doors from Frovin come in 10 standard colors. In addition, our doors can be ordered in virtually all NCS and RAL colors, and inner/ exterior surface color combinations. Materials and surface finish The Frovin Doors are made of high-grade Norwegian pine and laminated wood. Final surface treatment consists of several layers of water-based eco-friendly paint. Because wood is a living material, resin blotches can appear on or around knots in the wood. In most cases these can be removed carefully with a detergent. Hardware Folding doors from Frovin are fitted with top quality hardware, tracks and rollers, so that one person can open and shut the doors with ease. Units with 3-8 panels come unassembled from the factory, but include tracks and all hardware. Allow a space of at least 66 mm above the top frame for mounting the console and tracks.
