2 What is re-use? Re-use allows something to be used again rather than being thrown into landfill or broken up for recycling. By re-using items you can extend the life of many everyday products. For example; you may decide to revamp your living room and want to get rid of your sofa but feel it s simply too good to throw away. It may no longer be of use to you but it could be perfect for someone else! What is the London Re-use Network? The London Re-use Network is made up of re-use projects, including charities, across London that work together to find new homes for donated furniture and household items. We collect furniture, appliances and unwanted household items, repair any damage and give local people the opportunity to buy them at affordable prices. For more information visit: The benefits of re-use Make some fantastic savings on a range of furniture and household items, checked for quality and safety. Donate items you no longer want or need and know they will be appreciated by someone else. Donate items which enable someone in your local community to buy affordable furniture, appliances and household items. Help create local employment opportunities, training and skills development. Protect the environment by reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill or for incineration.
3 Buy a range of good quality items at fantastic prices Re-use is an excellent way of buying good quality furniture, appliances and household items at affordable prices.
