1 Where can I recycle materials outside of the standardized Recycling Renewal Program? The Recycle Renewal Program offers Lower Mainland health care sites a standardized program for mixed paper, refundable beverage containers, rigid plastic, dairy and tin. What about other materials? Staff from diverse Lower Mainland health care sites have organized battery and electronics recycling programs, meanwhile others are researching alternatives for everything from furniture to small appliances. To aid in this process, we have compiled a list of Lower Mainland companies that can help you recycle those items that you are not sure what to do with. We encourage staff to contact their Support Services Manager to find out if other units at their site are already recycling any of these items. More Resources & Info Here you will find a place to recycle most things you want to. Still wondering where to recycle a certain material?
