2 What is Romega? Fresh from the cold, deep arctic waters of Norway, Romega is a DHA-rich omega-3 oil purified from choice, Golden Norwegian herring caviar. 8 Romega is Stomach Stable Because phospholipids are miscible in both oil and water, they pass through the stomach and into the small intestine intact.
