Meta :7,,, Mata :, h ( ) ( P < 0. 05) : : Meta; ; ; ; Abstract :Purpose : Comprehensively evaluating the effect s of sportassisted treatment for Chi nese patient s of N IDDM. Methods : Retrieve online all the literature during 999 to 008 in CN KI Chinese Academic Periodical Net f ulltext database and Chinese Scientific and Techno logical Journals f ulltext database ( V IP), search for random and semirandom controlled trials that conform to inclusion criteria and evaluate their quality, and conduct Metaanalysis to the obtained related data utilizing RevMan4. statistical software. Result s : Include 7 original lit eratures, of which were evaluated highquality, and lowquality and find no allocation hid ing in all the research. Metaanalysis shows that compared to controlled set, exercise interven tion set have substantial differences in controlling fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glu cose ( h), glycosylated hemoglobin and adjusting fasting insulin level, insulin sensitivity index and insulin resistance index, and reducing the risk factors of diabetes and cardiovascular disease ( body mass index, waist hip ratio, blood pressure and blood lipid). Conclusions : Although ac cording to report s by domestic journals, the effect s of sportassisted treatment for NIDDM can be taken as proof for effectiveness of sportassisted treatment, the authenticity will still be questioned because of the shortage of high quality clinical trial research.
