Oeko-Test Oeko-Test is a German-language consumer magazine focused on environmental issues. Each month, Oeko-Test has as many as 1,000 products tested by independent institutions. 21 Träumeland quality grade To provide you with a simple, quick way of navigating our product range, we have given each of our mattresses a quality grade. The higher the quality grade, the higher the mattress quality. The following points for materials and features add up to a mattress quality point total: Dear parents! We do not reinforce the short edges of our mattresses because the firmer surface under baby s head would result in an unhealthy sleep position.
