14 Rules of Paigham Rasani (Chinese Whisper) Competition 1. Each team will consist of at least five Atfal from Shaja at and Sadaqat groups. 2. The message will be read out three times to every team leader in the beginning. He will then be allowed 3 minutes to pass on the message. Message can also be given to the team leader in written form. 5. Every team member must convey the message quietly. Otherwise the team may be disqualified. 6. The last member of every team will be allowed 5 minutes to write the message neatly. Rules of Team Quiz Competition 1.
