2 GCSE (including Pilots), Entry Level Certificate, Level 2 Award, Principal Learning Level 2 units, Project Levels 1 & 2, Level 1 & 2 Certificate and Cambridge Nationals, 2016 Important Dates 21 February 2016: Deadline for the receipt of final unit and certification entries by OCR 21 March 2016: Deadline for the receipt of Cambridge Nationals, Level 1 and 2 Certificate, Level 2 Award and Principal Learning re-sit entries by OCR following the January 2016 series 31 March 2016: Deadline for the receipt of Cambridge Nationals coursework marks for visiting moderation : Deadline for the receipt of all other coursework marks (including examiner marked coursework) by OCR 24 August 2016: Restricted release of results for above listed qualifications to centres only 25 August 2016: Release of results for above listed qualifications to candidates Final version of the timetable Changes made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in blue. Please note that centres should only make entries for Pilot examinations if approval has been given by OCR to offer the specification. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session. Timetable deviations If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration. Exams Timetable Tool The exams timetable tool contains dates for OCR, AQA, Pearson and WJEC examinations. It is available via The Exams Office website, and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information. Please note that you will need to be a member to access the information. Enquiries about membership for this site must be directed to The Exams Office directly and not the individual awarding bodies. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is later.
