KEY FACTS Etiquette of shaking hands with women is different here from other countries. Wait for them to extend their handshake before you offer your hand, as many will not wish to be touched at all. Don t be afraid of jumping into a Dubai taxi, fares are very affordable and it s safe. The minimum charge is 12 AED, a 10 minute journey typically costs 25 AED.
