1 ATTACHMENT 1 Mandatory Matrix Attachment 1 Mandatory Matrix shall be submitted in Packet 1 Tab 5 of the proposal. The following are minimum mandatory requirements of the Automatic Toll Payment Machines (ATPMs), which the Offeror shall provide further details using Attachment 4 Technical Proposal Response. Should the Offeror not meet all the minimum requirements set forth in Attachment 1, the Offeror may be considered non-responsive with no further consideration of the Offeror s response to this solicitation. Any deviation from the minimum mandatory requirements shall be detailed in Attachment 4 Technical Proposal Response, detailing how the Respondent plans to approach each service requirement. If all responding Offerors fail to meet a particular Mandatory Requirement, that Mandatory Requirement may, at the sole discretion of the Tollway, be removed from the Mandatory, so the evaluation process may continue. 1. Response Matrix Section C ATPM unit exterior LED/LCD displays, indicator lights, buttons, intercom, cash payment and Card Verification hod (CVM) components are vandal resistant. Response Matrix Section C ATPM unit components can electronically report alarms, system malfunctions, system status, system errors, system faults, low denomination amounts, receipt printer paper low, currency/coin jams and provide diagnostics remotely. Response Matrix Section C ATPM unit components can operate with no degradation of performance in ambient air temperature of -22 degrees F to 122 degrees F. Response Matrix Section C ATPM unit components can operate with no degradation of performance in a relative humidity of 5 to 100 percent.
