4 Park Machine Safely Before working on the machine: Lower all equipment to the ground. Stop the engine and remove the key. Disconnect the battery ground strap. Hang a "DO NOT OPERATE" tag in operator station. 5 Fasten 9 Pin Connector to Bracket 1. Locate pre punched hole in bracket for 9 pin connector. A 2. Fasten 9 pin connector (A) to ISO bracket (B) using four machine screws (C), lock washers (D) and hex nuts (E). 6 RD47322,00000C APR11 2/2 Connect Wiring Harness to 10 Pin Connector 7720, 7820 and 7920 Tractors 1. Disconnect battery ground ( ) cable. 2. On 7720, 7820, and 7920 with IVT transmission, locate 10 pin connector (A) behind ISO bracket and connect to 9 pin connector (B) wiring harness. 3. On 7720, 7820, and 7920 with PowrQuad, locate 10 pin connector (A) below right rear cab post and connect to 9 pin connector (B) wiring harness. 4. 7 Connect Wiring Harness to 10 Pin Connector 7630, 7730, 7830 and 7930 Tractors 1. Disconnect battery ground ( ) cable. 2. Locate the 10 pin connector (A) inside left rear cab panel and remove protective cover. 3. Attach 10 pin harness to 9 pin implement connector wiring harness (B). 4. Reconnect battery ground ( ) cable. 8 Connect Wiring Harness to 10 Pin Connector 7R Series Tractors 1. Disconnect battery ground ( ) cable. 2. Remove cab rear cover. 3. Locate the 10 pin connector (A) behind cab rear cover. 4. Attach 10 pin harness to RE pin implement connector wiring harness (B). 5. Route wiring harness under rockshaft. 6. Secure connector to bracket with four 21H1176 screws (D), 12H377 lock washers (E) and 14H1000 hex nuts (F). 7. Secure wire harness with three RE tie bands. 8. Install cab rear cover. 9. 9 Connect Wiring Harness to 10 Pin Connector 8000, 8000T, 8000 TEN, 8000 TEN Track, 8020 and 8020T Tractors 1. Disconnect battery ground ( ) cable. 2. On 8000, 8000T, 8000 TEN, 8000 TEN Track, 8020 and 8020T, remove cab rear cover and locate 10 pin connector (A). 3. Connect 9 pin connector (B) harness to tractor 10 pin connector. 4. Reconnect battery ground ( ) cable. On 8030 and 8R series tractors, remove cab rear cover and locate 10 pin connector (A). 3. Connect 9 pin connector (B) harness to tractor 10 pin connector. 4. Reconnect battery ground ( ) cable.
