20 Terms and conditions Prices Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB our nursery located in St Williams Ontario. Taxes P.S.T. is charged to Ontario customers on all plant material and freight charges unless a P.S.T. Exemption Certificate is provided at the time of placing order. G.S.T. is charged to all Canadian customers on all plant material and freight charges. Terms All new customers are on pay on delivery/pick-up basis until credit has been established. Shipping invoices for all customers are payable upon receipt. Payment terms for approved accounts for plant material purchases only are net 30 days. Overdue accounts will be charged interest at 1 ½ % per month (18% /year) plus collection costs. Orders Orders are booked and acknowledged based on preliminary field counts and subject to final grade out at the time of harvesting.
