1 Silversea Cruises, Ltd. Sample Charter Travel Journal Silversea has given its documentation package a complete makeover, with the goal of making travel easier. The result is a versatile new Travel Journal that consolidates the traditional assortment of loose documents of booklets, wallets, and luggage tag holders. The Travel Journal provides guests with a detailed agenda of their Silversea voyage. It is personalized for each guest and based on the profile, activities and preferences entered in the "My Silversea" system or included in the guest manifest. This Sample is based on a seven- night Mediterranean voyage aboard the Silver Spirit. Journals vary depending on the vessel and voyage itinerary; however, the general format and content are similar. Please review the entire Travel Journal Sample and contact your Account Manager to indicate your customization preferences.

2 Option 1, Front Cover The front covered can be customized with an image or logo. The image should be hi res. and measure approximately 54mm/2.12" x 57mm/2.24".

3 Photo of the vessel. Option 2, Welcome Letter This image and copy can be customized but not removed (i.e. image of corporate executive and welcome letter). The image should be hi res. and measure approximately 20.86mm/.82" x 20.08/.79". The copy should be at no more than 800 characters including spaces.

4 Option 3, Cruise Ticket/Travel Agent Details The "Event Contact" details can be revised but not removed.

7 Option 4, Pre/Post Cruise Information These pages can be removed or customized. There are two blocks for revised copy on each page. The top block cannot exceed 1500 characters including spaces. The bottom block cannot exceed 900 characters including spaces. If the Pre Cruise page is removed, then the Post Cruise page must be removed as well (vice versa).

Note: Subsequent pages in this section of the Journal follow the same format (description of the port followed by descriptions of the shore excursions in the port including tours that have been customized by Silversea exclusively for the charter). This section can be customized to exclude shore excurion descriptions (port descriptions only). Shore excursions details cannot be provided for any tours that were not organized by Silversea. Option 6, My Silversea The My Silversea system enables guests to conveniently create or update their profile and preferences, arrange activities prior to a reserved voyage, and access a host of additional features. Starting at 120 days prior to the voyage, specialty restaurant dinner reservations can be requested, along with optional shore excursions, beauty, spa and fitness services. If guests will not be using the My Silversea system, these two and the next two pages will be removed from the Journal.
