2 RANGE The new range of Burco Ovens is versatile, flexible and has been designed with the everyday demands of the commercial kitchen in mind. We understand that every kitchen is different, and often driven by changing menus and consumer demands. We offer a range of ovens, from a space saving countertop model, to a powerful 6kW oven. All our convection ovens deliver efficient air circulation and heat distribution, making them perfect for roasting meats and cooking a large selection of meals. The water injection feature on our larger ovens also makes them ideal for baking pastries, breads and cakes. With flexibility in mind, we have also developed a range of oven stand accessories to provide you with the adaptability you need in your kitchen.
