JAP-IT is intending to develop a Portal for Managing Skill Development Activities imparted by various departments of Govt. of Jharkhand, which will provide a common platform for both trainers & trainees. This Portal will be developed in active coordination with 17 government departments so that their requirements could find a place in the Portal. For this, JAP-IT invites eligible candidates to apply online on to recruit some bright, hard working and dynamic professionals for designing, developing & managing a Portal for Skill Development activities - S.N. SYSTEM ANALYST (No of Post-01) Monthly Pay : Negotiable up to a maximum limit of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. Post Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Tele Comm. / ECE / EEE) / M.C.A. or equivalent under a full time program. Experience : Minimum (0 5) five years of total post qualification experience in Software Development sector including 1-2 years experience of working as System Analyst. Candidates having NSR registration & experience of live web-based application using 3-tier (MVC) Technical Skills architecture will be preferred. : Expertise in UML (Unified Modeling Language), MVC Architecture, SDLC, J2EE design patterns. Knowledge of MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL, Networking, OS (Windows/Linux) is desirable. Job Description : Drawing up plans for a modification or replacement of IT system, interaction with the programmers and software developers to understand software limitations, performance testing, deployment of the completed software, carrying out feasibility studies of proposal and making recommendations. Coordination with various departments, understanding their needs & customization of portal accordingly. 2. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (No of Post-01) Monthly Pay : Negotiable up to a maximum limit of Rs. 50,000/- p.m. Post Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / ECE / EEE) / M.C.A. or equivalent under a full time program. Experience : Minimum (05) five years of total post qualification experience in IT sector including at least 3 years experience of working as DBA. Candidates having NSR registration will be preferred. Technical Skills : Candidates should have sound knowledge of databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL

Experience : Minimum (03) three years of total post qualification experience in Software Development sector including one year experience of Web Designing. Candidates having NSR registration & experience of live web-based application using 3-tier (MVC) architecture will be preferred. Certification : Preference will be given to candidates having GWD (Graphics and Web Designing) / WDP (Web Designing & Programming) Certification or any other Web Designing Course / Certification. Technical Skills : Experience in Java, J2EE Design pattern, MVC Architecture, JSP, Struts framework and knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle Database. Job Description : Preparing the design plan, laying out the pages and positioning of graphics and different attributes on the pages of the Project and execution of other duties assigned time to time. 4. PROGRAMMER (No of Post-01) Monthly Pay : Negotiable up to maximum Rs. 30,000/- p.m.

4 Post Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronic & Tele. Comm. / ECE / EEE) / M.C.A or Equivalent under a full time program. Experience : Minimum (03) three years of post qualification experience in Software Development sector. Candidates having NSR registration & experience of live web-based application using 3-tier (MVC) architecture will be preferred. Technical Skills : Experience in Java, J2EE Design pattern, MVC Architecture, JSP, struts framework and knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle database. Candidates having exposure of php /.Net / Android also, will be preferred. Job Description : Coding & Development of the portal and execution of other duties assigned time to time. 5. ASSISTANT PROGRAMMER (No of Post-02) Monthly Pay : Rs. 20,000/- p.m. Post Qualification : Minimum BCA or equivalent under a full time program. Candidates having BE / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronic & Tele. Comm. / ECE / EEE) / M.C.A. or equivalent will be preferred. Experience : Minimum (02) two years of post qualification experience in Software Development sector. Candidates having NSR registration & experience of live web-based application using 3-tier (MVC) architecture will be preferred. Candidates having exposure of php /.Net / Android also, will be preferred. Technical Skills : Experience in Java, J2EE Design pattern, MVC Architecture, JSP, struts framework and knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle database. 5 6. COMPUTER OPERATOR cum HELPDESK EXECUTIVE (No of Post-02) Monthly Pay : Rs. 15,000/- p.m. Post Qualification : At least Intermediate with DCA or Equivalent. Preference will be given to BCA Experience : Minimum 1 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills : Typing (Hindi 30 wpm and English - 40 wpm), fair knowledge of MS-Office. Job Description : Uploading the data in the portal and will also work as helpdesk executive and other duties assigned time to time. 7. FIELD ASSIATANT (No of Post-02) Monthly Pay Post Qualification : Rs. 15,000/- p.m. : BBA/ MA (LSW/SW) / MBA. Preference will be given to MBA (Marketing). Experience : Minimum 01 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills : Fair knowledge of MS-Office / Internet. Candidates applying for the post must have a valid two wheeler driving License. Job Description : Gathering required data for the project from different departments. The job of Field Assistant may require frequent travel also. TA/DA if applicable, for performing duties may be decided accordingly.

6 GENERAL CONDITIONS The posts will be filled on contract basis notified above for the respective posts, on satisfactory performance thereof contract may be extended. Persons working in Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Organization should apply through proper channel. Candidates will have to produce the proof of the details furnished in their application in original at the time of interview. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working for / in Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSU Projects. A Candidate may apply for more than one post. However he / she will have to select options for multiple applications, while applying online. Applications should be accompanied with scanned copies of the qualifications/ experiences/ proof of date of birth/ caste etc. in original, along with testimonials, mark sheets of all examinations and a recent photograph.
