1 T.E.A.M. Teen Entrepreneur Amusement Management OUR PROMISE We are committed to providing the highest quality service to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our services, please give us the opportunity to resolve your concerns. We believe in continuous improvement of our services. Please send all written concerns to Desi Jerry, How T.E.A.M. Works T.E.A.M. is operated by teens who complete an Amusement Management training course. Rules of the Game Rentals are available to Arlington residents and Arlington Park and facility customers. Host is responsible for providing two non-staff adults and a suitable location. Host must provide an electrical outlet or generator. A gas powered generator is available for rent from T.E.A.M. T.E.A.M. sets up the equipment and makes sure it is suitable for everyone s safety. At the end of an event, the equipment is taken down unless other arrangements have been made. After all the fun is done, equipment is packed and T.E.A.M. leaves customers with a lifetime of memories! All prices reflect up to a four-hour rental; additional time is charged at $25 an hour.

Attendant / Operator Hosts are responsible for providing two adults to operate the equipment once staff sets it up. These monitors must be present at the time of delivery to receive proper training. If you want T.E.A.M. staff to stay for the duration of the event and monitor the equipment use, there is an additional $15 per hour per person charge. Depending on the size of the equipment or event, some events will be required to hire a minimum of two staff. As T.E.A.M is operated by local Arlington teens, there are times when attendants may not be available. Space for Equipment - It is the customer s responsibility to measure the space; if equipment is delivered and doesn t fit, the job is canceled. Rain/Weather - TEAM will not set-up inflatable equipment in rain, snow, high wind (in excess of 15 mph) or muddy conditions. TEAM reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment or, in its opinion, may pose undue risk to others in the immediate area, or if the weather conditions are not appropriate. When this happens, a full refund will be issued. TEAM outdoor Services will not be offered from December 1 st March 1 st (annually). We will accept indoor requests only.

5 Frequently Asked Questions Do you deliver and set up? Absolutely! T.E.A.M. s courteous drivers will deliver and set up each piece of equipment and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition prior to the start of the event. Staff arrive up to 30 minutes prior to event to set up. Staff will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about minutes per moon bounce. What kind of power is required? Our inflatable's plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply a 100 foot cord. Nothing else can be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. The outlet for the blowers must be grounded and each blower needs its own full outlet. Equipment can be set up at a park or place without an electrical outlet if a generator is present and working. A gas generator can be rented from T.E.A.M. for $60 (each generator can power 2 blowers). What type of surface can the inflatable's be placed on? The best surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event. How can I contact T.E.A.M. on the day of delivery? Easy! Just call to contact staff on duty. This phone is only used during scheduled event times. Can I have my party at a park? Yes. Moon bounces are great for parks. We can deliver our equipment to any Arlington County Park; however, it is up to the host to secure the appropriate County reservation for the site. Call to reserve a park or County facility or facilitiesscheduling@arlingtonva.us. How do I reserve my moon bounce? Simple! Contact Facility Scheduling at (703) to check the availability then fax your form to (703) or at facilityscheduling@arlingtonva.us. Reservations are confirmed by fax and . What if I have to cancel? Cancelation request can only be made through the facility scheduling office up until the Tuesday before the event date. All cancellations will be subject to a $20 administrative fee.
