3 INTRODUCTION ABOUT NEXT LEVEL INTERNATIONAL Next Level International (NLI) is a registered charity in the UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand. We are a mission organization that connects local churches around the world with different ministry projects in Europe. We partner with churches from all over the globe. Our mission is to "Empower a whole new generation of radical leaders to equip, transform and expand the Church in Europe." This is accomplished through three main areas of ministry - leadership development, church planting and mobilising mission teams. Since 1991, NLI has been involved in developing leaders across Europe, including Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Spain. Church Planting initiatives have been launched in many of these nations, with a strategic plan to have church planting movements erupt in Europe over the next decade. Our short-term mission and prayer teams have mobilised between people into Europe each year since We are passionate to see a new generation of 21 st century missionaries rise up as a result. We are firmly committed to the local church and our dream is to help train and empower national church planters to reach their towns and cities with the life-changing message of the Gospel. PRAYER MISSION Prayer teams play a crucial role in supporting church planters. The purpose of each prayer team is to promote intercessory prayer and spiritual warfare on behalf of the Church Planting projects. Teams visit strategic locations in Europe, engaging in spiritual warfare and intercession with the Church Planters for their towns and cities. The mission generally involves four key areas: - Prayer Walking around the Church Plant locations and other key areas. Personal Prayer & Ministry for each Church Planter and for the NLI Project Staff members and their families. Training & Mentoring: Each mission will begin with an orientation meeting: a chance to get to know the team and discuss plans for the mission. When possible, experienced team leaders will lead daily debriefing sessions, and there will be additional on-field training and informal mentoring when required. Integrated national and international teams: So much can be accomplished through the great power of unified prayer. There are significant benefits to all; friendships formed, increased cross-cultural understanding and spiritual lessons learned. Internationals can carry an increased prayer burden back to their home churches. Nationals will be trained and inspired to greater intercessory prayer, which can continue once the team has left. The teams are made up of Christians from all around the world. Individuals or small groups are most welcome. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Please read the following information carefully. Once your application has been accepted we will send more comprehensive details about the prayer team and communicate with you on a regular basis to keep you up to date on preparations for the mission trip. Flights Team members are responsible for booking their own flights, but you must check your proposed flight details with the NLI prayer team coordinator before purchasing flights. This enables us to coordinate arrival times for team members prior to the mission. If a flight is bought without consulting NLI, then NLI is not responsible for any additional cost that may be incurred.

4 Cost Please contact your NLI coordinator for current mission costs. The mission costs include accommodation, food, internal transport, and on-field training within the target country. The cost does not include flights to the target country (and city if internal flights are required), site seeing, souvenirs, or extra days in Europe. Upon arrival in the host nation a convenient rendezvous point and time will be arranged for team members to meet - usually a central airport or railway station. Payments Payments can be made by the following methods: - Cheque: please make cheques payable to Next Level International International Money Order Credit card: payments by credit card incur a 3% charge Bank transfer: non UK applicants incur a 12 (or currency equivalent) charge per transaction. This covers the bank transaction charges which are incurred by NLI when monies are transferred into our accounts. A deposit of $80/ 50 is required at time of application. The total balance of payment is due no less than two months prior to the start date of the mission and you will be invoiced for this balance accordingly. Late payments may jeopardise your place on the team. NLI takes current financial climates into consideration when setting mission costs. Any extreme fluctuations in currencies prior to the mission may require the costs to be re-assessed. You will be kept fully informed of any changes. Refunds The application deposit is non-refundable. The balance of payment, once it has been sent to NLI, is also nonrefundable. We will need to send the mission budget to the field in good time to book and pay for hotels, travel, etc in advance of the mission. NLI will consider refunds in exceptional circumstances. Registration Please return the following to Next Level International: Application form, Risk Statement, Liability form, copy of current passport. If you do not have a current passport you must apply for one as soon as possible. It can take up to six weeks for your new one to arrive. Visas Please check with the embassy of the country you are visiting to see if you need a visa. If you do then you will need to contact your NLI prayer mission coordinator/representative to obtain the necessary paperwork for your visa application. Visa applications can take up to 6 weeks so please allow plenty of time for this process. 5 Next Level International Short-Term Missions - Risk Statement This Risk Statement is to advise participants of the potential risks involved in working in foreign nations and to realize and take full responsibility for the consequences as one assumes those risks. We ask that gather as much information as you feel necessary and, when you are completely satisfied and confident that this is what you want to do, read this form and if you agree, sign and return the application form. Keep a copy of this form for your records. We count it a real privilege to assist you in your desire to participate in reaching Europe with the Gospel. Risk Statement I understand and acknowledge that there are certain risks and dangers associated with international programs and travel, including (by way of example and not limitation) air plane and vehicle accidents, hijacking, kidnapping, piracy, terrorism, criminal activities, civil unrest, mishaps of lodging and eating, disease, serious medical effects from exposure to radioactive or other hazardous materials, illness, inadequate medical care, and death. I also understand there may be other risks involved of which I may not be presently aware. NLI s goal is to advice all participants in short-term/prayer missions of the assumed risks associated with mission work in a foreign country. In addition, we encourage you to prepare yourself for service through a number of ways: Prepare yourself spiritually, physically and mentally for service. Read all you can on the country of service. Contact your government office, such as the U.S. State Department to obtain the most up to date information on the area. Preventative medical treatments (such as vaccinations) and medicines may be necessary for travelling and residing in some foreign countries. It is your personal responsibility to: (i) seek advice from your personal physician to determine what, if any, treatments and medicines are recommended, (ii) procure them, and (iii) use them at your own risks. Take any additional steps you feel are necessary. I understand and will assume these risks, whether such risks are known or unknown at this time. 6 Next Level International Short-Term Missions Liability Release Agreement The undersigned wishes to participate in a short-term/prayer mission (herein the Activity ) with Next Level International, a registered charity in the United Kingdom (herein the NLI ) who is providing assistance in arranging this trip.nli and the undersigned agree that the Activity poses risks including the following specific risks: sickness, crime, political instability, governmental opposition to mission activities, as well as similar and dissimilar risks (herein the Risks ) For and in consideration of NLI assisting the participant in the Activity, and other good and valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned for himself/ herself and his/her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, distributes, guardians and the next of kin (herein the Releasors ), hereby irrevocably and unconditionally releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue NLI and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, members, trustees, directors, employees and the agents (herein the Releasees ), for and from all claims of any nature now or hereafter existing whether known or unknown, including but not limited to, all liability to the Releasors, on account of injury to the undersigned or death to the undersigned or injury to the property of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise, while the undersigned is participating in the activity. The undersigned is fully aware of the Risks and other hazards inherent in the Activity, and voluntarily assumes the Risks and all other risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the undersigned while participating in the Activity. The undersigned also agrees he/she bears the sole responsibility for any and all medical expenses which he/she incurs while participating in the Activity, whether for injury or illness, and whether required as a result of the undersigned s participation in the Activity or not. The undersigned acknowledges Releasees are under no obligation to, and do not, provide medical insurance for the undersigned. The undersigned further agrees he/she bears the sole responsibility for any and all travel expenses which he/she incurs in the event his/her team leader or other project leadership finds it necessary to send the participant home prior to the scheduled departure date, whether for health or physical limitations or inappropriate or immoral behaviour, and whether required during the undersigned s participation in the Activity or not. The undersigned acknowledges Releasees are under no obligation to, and do not cover travel expenses for the undersigned. The undersigned warrants he or she has fully read and understands this Liability Release Agreement and voluntarily signs the same, and that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made to the undersigned.
