2 HSM DuoShredder Power x 2 for professionals The HSM DuoShredder is a two-stage shredder system for fully automatic document disposal. Depending on the paper quality, loading and downstream systems, it can achieve a throughput of up to 350 kg per hour. In combination with an HSM baling press, you can expand the HSM DuoShredder into a complete disposal system. We recommend the following baling presses: HSM KP 100.1, HSM KP 98 and HSM KP Technical features: Sturdy hopper with built-in overcharge protection to control the shredder and the conveyor belt Stage 1: pre-shredding using a two-shaft system with partially raised teeth for improved material intake Light barrier monitors filling level between stages 1 and 2 to prevent overflow Stage 2: downstream shredding using a two-shaft system Optionally available with material collection trolley for solo operation, volume approx. 320 litres Optionally available with electrohydraulic pre-compactor to remove jams in the hopper; the material to be shredded is automatically pushed against the cutting rollers Stage 1: HSM V 550 pre-shredder Particle size 20 x 155 mm Stage 2: HSM P downstream shredder Particle size 5.8 x 50 mm

3 HSM DuoShredder 5750 Smart, sturdy and powerful The HSM DuoShredder 5750 is a two-stage, fully automatic document disposal system; the basic version consists of an HSM V 550 pre-shredder and an HSM P downstream shredder. Depending on the type of material, it can achieve an efficient throughput of up to 800 kg per hour. In combination with an HSM baling press, you can expand the HSM DuoShredder 5750 into a complete disposal system. 4 HSM TriShredder 6060 Maximum throughput HSM ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY The 3-stage HSM TriShredder 6060 shredding system consists of three perfectly attuned cutting devices for a throughput of up to 2500 kg per hour. In addition to this power, the HSM TriShredder 6060 also stands out because of its security features. At DIN security level 3, it is suitable for confidential documents. It can reliably shred entire binders and telephone directories, and can be used for other materials. Ask HSM for details. In combination with an HSM baling press, you can expand the HSM TriShredder 6060 into a complete disposal system. Stage 1: HSM V 600 pre-shredder Particle size 25 x mm.
