Johnstone is now being offered for sale under and subject to the following conditions and stipulations. SAID property to be sold is 183 Meeker Outlet Road, Dallas, Lake Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, containing 2.32 acres more or less with all buildings and improvements and known as Tax Parcel #37-E6-00A SAID property shall be offered via Sealed Bid Auction with a Minimum Acceptable Bid of $35, The highest and best bidder shall be the Buyer or Buyers. Successful Bidder will be notified within 24 hours of the end of the bidding period. BUYER S PREMIUM & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A ten percent (10%) Buyer s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the final sale price. BUYER or BUYERS shall pay down within 48 hours of notification of winning bid, a deposit of 10% of the final sale price in the form of cash, certified funds, a bank letter of guarantee to accompany a personal or business check, or acceptable check.
