The DV and DV PW have been carefully designed to fill the gap between our single-basket pass-through dishwashers and our high-capacity rack type dishwashing machines. Instead of being released into the room, the hot steam is fed back into the machine as part of the heat recovery process. The hot air emitted by the machine is fed back into the water circuit as a source of energy.
