The corporation was formed in 2006 and its primary objective is to provide a wide range of world class security services to every citizen, group, company or organization. Employment Policy The corporation uses a BBEEE employment policy with preference given to, properly qualified and trained, previously disadvantaged individuals(pdis). Nzacksi also has a strict adehrence to the Employment Equity Act ensuring that the rights of its employees are not violated in any way. 5.Company Structure Nzacksi Security Services was incorporated as a Close Corporation in 2005 (reg no: 2005/012490/23) with two members, namely Cosmos Echie and Phumza Echie who hold a 75% and a 25% share respectively.
