1 Katherine Prescott, M.Eng.,OCT Ms. Prescott has a multidisciplinary background in science, engineering and education. She has over 20 years of experience in field and laboratory research, ecosystem and water quality modeling, and science and engineering education. Her technical areas of expertise include limnology, hydrodynamic and water quality modeling, and environmental science. In academics, Ms. Prescott has taught courses in science, geography, environmental engineering, engineering history, engineering and social responsibility, the societal control of technology, and technical communications. Work involved laboratory analyses of water samples for chlorophyll a, suspended solids, light extinction, and secchi data.
