1 Overview Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider in Singapore. Healthcare provides a comprehensive health screening to help you learn more about your health status, identify early treatment and determine your risk for chronic lifestyle diseases. You will have access to health screens at the rates below, and will earn AIA Vitality Points according to the tests you have taken. Who may use this Benefit? All AIA Vitality members qualify for the rates below. Health Screen Options 1. 2 Liver function test Kidney Function Test Bone & Joint Profile Tumour markers Thyroid screen Haematology Fuller Health Silver scan Stool occult blood Vitality Executive Screen components with the addition of: A physical examination from a doctor to include: $258 an examination of the heart, lungs and abdomen a neurological and muscoskeletal examination visual acuity and colour blindness Chest X-ray Resting electrocardiogram (ECG) Blood and Urine investigations Venereal disease screen Urinalysis Pap smear Kidney screen Bone and joint screen includes the RA factor Liver screen includes Hepatitis A & B antibody checks Fuller Health Gold scan Silver scan components with the addition of spirometry and one choice of the following: $342 Stress ECG Ultrasound Liver Ultrasound Breast Ultrasound Pelvis Mammogram
3 3 of 8 Fuller Health Platinum scan Gold scan components with the addition of tonometry and a stress ECG; and one choice of the following: $482 Ultrasound abdomen Ultrasound prostate Ultrasound Breast Ultrasound Pelvis Mammogram What you need to know There is no limit on the number of Executive Screen packages you can have in a membership year however it is typically unnecessary to have these donemore than once a year. AIA Vitality Points are only awarded once per membership year. You will be awarded AIA Vitality points for the following tests that are included in your Executive Screen packages: Test component Healthy range AIA Vitality Points Recommended test frequency Points allocated Body mass index for the test; 750 for being in the healthy range Blood pressure 130/80 or lower on both measurements 750 for the test; 750 for being in the healthy range Cholesterol <5.2mmol/l (200mg/dL) 750 for the test; 750 for being in the healthy range Once every three years if cholesterol is within the healthy range Blood glucose Random <7.8 mmol/l Fasting < 6 mmol/l 750 for the test; 750 for being in the healthy range Mammogram n/a 1000 (only for females aged 40 or over) Pap smear n/a 1000 (only for females) Once every 3 years Prostate screening (PSA tumour marker) n/a 1000 (only for males aged 50 or over) Once every 3 years
4 4 of 8 Colon cancer screen (stool occult blood test or CEA tumour marker) n/a 1000 (only for adults aged 50 or over) The age criteria will not apply to individuals who have completed their mammogram, prostate or colon cancer screening due to medical reasons or under doctor s advice. Please submit your receipt and indicate the medical reasons via at support@aiavitality.com.sg. AIA Vitality Points will be awarded for each eligible screening. In addition, you may be awarded AIA Vitality Points when you have your BMI and blood pressure measured during the Vitality Fitness Assessment. This is provided you have not already been awarded any AIA Vitality Points for these measurements earlier in the membership year 2. Important points to remember There is no limit on the number of health screens you can do in a year, but you will only be awarded points once a year. AIA Vitality Points may take up to seven (7) days to reflect on your AIA Vitality Points Statement. You need to take your AIA Vitality membership card with you for the health screens.
