Representations if any will be fwd within 21 days of the receipt of PO as per Para 61 of guidelines issued by E-in-C s Br. circulated vide this HQ letter No /Policy/Gen/759/ EIB(S) (A2) dt. 12 Oct The same is reproduced for ready reference " Representation, if any against the posting order will be made by affected indls (only) within 21 days of receipt of posting order in the concerned office who will ensure that the same is notified to the indl immediately. When the representation received through propoer channel is considered and rejected by the competent authority, the concerned indl has to move without any further delay. Contingencies may arise when the indl is not satisfied by the decision of CE Command. In such cases the indl may represent his case to DG (Pers)/E-in-Cs Branch. The move of the indl will not be held up on this account. In case the decision of the E-in-C's Branch is in his/her favour, the indl will be brought back at the Govt expense in the first availability of vacancy". 6. The move will be completed by 31 May 2011 in direct correspondence between the fmns concerned. Personnel employed on "Non Sensitive" appointment will move first and those employed on sensitive appointments will be moved with in ten days on arrival of their replacement. Copy of Movement Order will be endorsed to all concerned. 7. In case indls are not relieved by the due date without justifiable reason, Suo Moto MO will be issued by this HQ. The concerned OC unit will be liable for disciplinary action if the reasons are found to be not justifiable. 8. Instructions contained in E-in-C s Br letter No. A/420001/EIR dt. 15 Feb 1983 regarding submission of ACR may please be complied with. 9. If the individual is involved in any disciplinary case or disciplinary action has already been contemplated against them, they will however be relieved on finalization of such cases.
