This Addendum is issued to all registered plan holders pursuant to the Instructions to Proposers and Conditions of the Contract. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda. Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement. B. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate space on the Proposal Form. C. The date for receipt of proposals is unchanged by this Addendum, at same time and location. 1. Bid Date: Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM. 1.3 ATTACHMENTS A. This Addendum includes a total of 100 sheets, in the following sizes x11 Letter size pages. B. This Addendum includes the following attached Documents and Specification Sections: 1. Document Addenda, dated March 17, 2016, (new). ADDENDA

3 DOCUMENT PRE-PROPOSAL MEETINGS (MEETING MINUTES) 1.1 PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING (NON-MANDATORY) A. Architect will conduct a Pre-Proposal meeting as indicated below: 1. 7 DOCUMENT PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST Documents Required with Submittal of Proposal Reference Project Manual (Division 0 Procurement & Contracting Documents and Division 1 General Requirements) The Following items are the items that must be completely filled out with information required of said documents or forms and to be submitted with Proposal. Failure to submit any of the following forms may render proposal nonresponsive. Failure to sign forms where signatures are requested may render proposal nonresponsive.
