4 Work Shop Aim and approach To gather YOUR input on key aspects that you believe should feature within successful DALLAS implementations Consider what you have heard today about DALLAS and ALIP Reflect on your own experience Discuss the questions with your colleagues Agree in consensus OR provide alternative views for each question

5 Workshop process Work as teams at the table you are sitting at Appoint a chair or lead Appoint a time keeper (I will also signal the end of each session) The aim is to answer a few questions within each of the main four themes within DALLAS minutes is allowed for each theme with a guide time for each provided. Time per question is up to the individual teams Discuss as a team the questions in-turn Post-it pads are provided to capture ideas that occur during discussions think with your pad! Answers can be added to sheets either directly or using post-it pads Pens are provided to for colour and emphasis

What are the constraints that you perceive to setting up a DALLAS community? 2. How should DALLAS accommodate these challenges? Evaluation (10 mins) 1. DALLAS is not a randomised control trial but evaluation will be important still. What outcomes need to be evaluated to assist: a) policy makers? b) commissioners of health and social care? 3. Who else should be involved and how do we reach them? 2. How are the DALLAS Communities going to collate, analyse and share: outcomes, information and data?
