4 EFFICIENT TIER 4 FINAL TECHNOLOGY GET THE MOST FROM YOUR FUEL New Holland idis feature a cutting-edge electronic high pressure coon-rail engine that excels both in perforance and low eissions level. An electronic control unit continuously analyses the best tiing and quantities for the fuel injection and re-circulated exhaust gases into the cobustion chaber. The result is optial use of every drop of fuel, iniised eissions and low engine noise. TIER 4 FINAL WITHOUT DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER (DPF) The stringent Tier 4 Final eissions standards are et without a DPF. 6 ULTRA QUIET OPERATION REVOLUTIONARY INDR COOLING SYSTEM The New Holland id-size crawler excavators feature the revolutionary Integrated Noise and Dust Reduction (indr) cooling syste, which iniizes noise, optiises cooling and axiises particulate fi ltration. The Integrated Noise & Dust Reduction cooling syste is an innovative solution that has solved the two key issues facing all cooling systes: noise & dust. The secret is the AIR flow anageent. The air goes through a fi lter fi rst, ensuring that only clean air enters the engine. It then follows a duct, passing holes and joints, which draatically reduces noise, and then exits the engine through specially designed apertures. This patented syste is the result of any years of research and developent. For this reason, ax height is now only 2600 and ax width only 2300 with the standard undercarriage (LC) and 2250 with the narrow undercarriage (NLC). 7

8 WELCOME ON BOARD PLENTY OF ROOM AND FEATURES Accessing the cab is easy thanks to the ergonoic handrails and a wide door. Legroo is generous and the double-slide seat and joysticks or seat-only slide adjustent enable the operator to fi nd the ideal working position. A pneuatic cushioned and heated seat is available as a factory fi tted option. Opening and closing the front window is easy with the one-touch lock release, and the lower front window can easily be reoved and stored in the rear left area of the cab. OUTSTANDING VISIBILITY The new EVO cab provides excellent all-round visibility, with a full size right window and four standard rear view irrors. There is no pillar on the right window, and the front glazed area goes fro the roof to the floor of the cab. DESIGNED FOR MAXIMUM OPERATOR SAFETY AND COMFORT The EVO cab on New Holland idis coplies with ROPS and FOPS Level II standards. For extree applications, additional protection is provided by the Front Guard option. Every achine is equipped with a haer for eergency exit. 9 CONVENIENT MAINTENANCE EASY MAINTENANCE GUARANTEED WITH: A fast and easy access to coponents, requiring regular aintenance, such as engine and hydraulic fi lters, hydraulic pups and fi lters, cooling units, fuse box, air conditioner fi lters. Long service intervals: : hydraulic oil lasts 5000 hours. The oil fi lter has a 1000 hour replaceent cycle. The double-eleent air fi lter has twice the service life of previous air cleaners. The self-diagnostic function provides an early-warning detection and display of any alfunctions in the electrical syste, preventing severe daage. It also alerts when aintenance is due. Designed for reliability: the indr fi lter blocks out dust. It is easy to do a visual checking, and when necessary the fi lter can be cleaned easily and quickly.
