RONEY Mr. Roney is President of Thomas Roney LLC, a forensic economic consulting firm. He has 25 years experience providing economic consulting services, expert reports and expert testimony, primarily in support of litigation. His practice focuses on calculating economic damages and critiquing opposing damages experts in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, intellectual property and commercial torts. He has been retained as an expert in more than two dozen states and testified in deposition, arbitration, State and Federal Courts.
