Bets will not be refunded if the driver picked by the Participant participates in, but for any reason does not complete or finish the Championship. Bets will not be refunded if the team picked by the Participant participates in, but for any reason does not complete or finish, the Championship. 2 Appendix B5 To Qualify in Pole To Qualify in Pole Selected by the Company from drivers participating in the qualifying session(s) Driver who is announced as qualifying in pole position immediately following the end of the qualifying session(s), regardless of any subsequent protests, disqualifications, corrections or amendments to placings or results. All bets placed on a driver who competes in the qualifying session(s) shall stand, even if the driver fails to set a time. Appendix B6 Fastest Lap Fastest Lap Selected by the Company from drivers participating in the race The driver who records the fastest lap in the race. Disqualified drivers are deemed non-winning selections. Appendix B7 Number of Classified Drivers Number of Classified Drivers Three possible selections: - Below X - Between X and Y inclusive - Above Y where X and Y denotes the number of Classified drivers The selection corresponding to the number of Classified drivers in the race. 3 Appendix B8 Winning Margin Winning Margin Three possible selections: - Under X - Between X and Y inclusive - Over Y where X and Y denotes time in seconds The selection corresponding to the Winning Margin in the race. "Winning Margin" means the time difference between the drivers who finish the race in 1st and 2nd positions respectively. Appendix B9 Dual Forecast Dual Forecast. Possible : - Pairs of two named drivers selected by the company. - Any other pairing of two drivers (Any Other Combination AOC ) The selection where both drivers finish in the top two positions. Bets on a pair of named drivers will be void and refunded if at least one of the named drivers in that pair is a non-runner. Bets on Any Other Combination ( AOC ) will be refunded if all selections of named drivers are void. Page 3 of 12

4 Appendix B10 Trio Trio Possible : - Combinations of three named drivers selected by the company. - Any other combination of three drivers (Any Other Combination AOC ) The selection where all three drivers finish in the top three positions. Bets on a combination of named drivers will be void and refunded if at least one of the named drivers in that combination is a non-runner. Bets on Any Other Combination ( AOC ) will be refunded if all selections of named drivers are void. 6 Appendix B14 Head-to-Head Driver Head-to-Head Driver A pair of drivers selected by the Company from drivers participating in the race The driver with the higher finishing position in the race, or, the driver who completes the most laps. Bets will be void and refunded if: i) at least one of the selected drivers is deemed as a non-runner; ii) both drivers retire on the same lap; or iii) both drivers are disqualified during the race. Appendix B15 Head-to-Head Team Head-to-Head Team A pair of teams selected by the Company from teams participating in the race The team with the better classified driver. Bets will be void and refunded if both drivers from at least one of the two teams are deemed as non-runners. Bets will be void and refunded if both teams have no Classified drivers. Disqualified Drivers are deemed non-winning selections. Appendix B17 Best of the Rest - Team Best of the Rest Team Teams selected by the Company from teams participating in the race The Team with the best placed driver. Appendix B18 Will the Driver be in the Top 3? Will the Driver be in the Top 3 Driver selected by the Company. There are two possible selections: - Yes - No The shall be Yes if the selected Driver finishes in 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in the race. The shall be No if the selected Driver does not finish in 1st, 2nd or 3rd position, has retired or is disqualified. Bets will be void and refunded if the selected Driver is a non-runner. There are two possible selections: - Yes - No The shall be Yes if the selected Driver finishes in one of the top eight positions in the race. The shall be No if the selected Driver does not finish in one of the top eight positions, has retired or is disqualified. Bets will be void and refunded if the selected Driver is a non-runner or the number of runners is 15 or fewer. Appendix B20 Will the Driver be Classified? Will the Driver be Classified Driver selected by the Company. There are two possible selections: - Yes - No The shall be Yes if the selected Driver is Classified. The shall be No if the selected Driver is not Classified, or is disqualified. Bets will be void and refunded if the selected Driver is a non-runner. Page 8 of 12

9 Appendix B21 Number of Classified Drivers (Odd/Even) Number of Classified Drivers Odd/Even - Odd - Even The shall be Odd if the total number of Classified drivers is an odd number. The shall be Even if the total number of Classified drivers is an even number. Disqualified drivers shall be deemed as non-classified. Appendix B22 First to Retire Driver First to Retire Driver Selected by the Company from drivers participating in the race The driver that completes the least number of laps in the race, including Formation Lap. Dead Heat rules apply if more than one driver completes the same least number of laps. Bets will be void and refunded if there is no Retirement in the race. Page 9 of 12

10 Appendix B23 First to Retire - Team First to Retire Team Selected by the Company from teams participating in the race The team of the driver that completes the least number of laps in the race, including Formation Lap. Dead Heat rules apply if more than one driver completes the same least number of laps. Bets will be void and refunded if there is no Retirement in the race. Page 10 of 12

11 Appendix B24 Top Driver Top Driver for the period <Start Date> (Race M) to <End Date> (Race N) ( the Defined Period ) A particular number of races during the season selected by the Company ( Selected Races ) Selected by the Company from drivers participating in the season. The Driver with the most number of points accumulated during the Defined Period at the time of the podium presentation of the final race of the Selected Races, regardless of any subsequent disqualifications, corrections or amendments. Bets will NOT be refunded if the driver picked by the Participant is a Runner in any of the Selected Races. Bets will be refunded only if the driver selected by the Participant is not a Runner in all the Selected Races or if all the Selected Races are cancelled. The Selected Races shall include races which are added during the Defined Period, and exclude any races which are cancelled during the Defined Period. For avoidance of doubt, amendments to the points of any driver made during the Defined Period shall be counted towards the, but amendments to the points of any driver beyond the Defined Period shall not count towards the. Dead Heat If two or more drivers complete the Defined Period with the same number of points, the result shall be based in order, on : 1. The driver with the greatest number of first place finishes; 2. If the number of first place finishes is the same, the driver with the greatest number of second place finishes; 3. If the number of second place finishes is the same, the driver with the greatest number of third place finishes and so on. Page 11 of 12

Dead Heat If two or more teams complete the Defined Period with the same number of points, the result shall be based in order, on : 1. The team with the greatest number of first place finishes; 2. If the number of first placed finishes is the same, the team with the greatest number of second placed finishes; 4.
