1 Bet types Soccer If a match is suspended, for example, because a team doesn't have enough players on field (7 players goalkeeper included) the match is canceled and all the relative bets are considered gained in contrast of 1,0. Bets with defined issues before the match suspension (over/under, 1 semester, first goal, etc) shall be an exception from this rule and must be issued. 90 minutes results All the match quotations are based upon the official result at the end of the regulated 90 minutes of play, unless otherwise specified. For the stated purposes of the bets, the result which will prevail is the one achieved in the estimated 90 minutes of a game time, including eventual recovery time. The results won't consider additional times or penalty kicks if not explicitly specified. Suspended, annulled or postponed matches. For the stated purposes of the bets, a game that won't take place due to special events, won't be considered valid unless it will be played during the following day before midnight. Every bet on suspended matches before the 90 minute will be annulled, except those matches where the bets are already determined before the suspension time. The result must be complete in order to consider the bet valid. The only exception of such rules are the South America matches where the final result and the double chance (both pre-match and in real time) will be assigned basing on the points gathered at the moment of the suspension according to the league

Matches not played in the expected field: If the home team and the guest team are reversed (for example a match played in home field where originally was supposed to play as guest) all the bets will be annulled because they are considered not valid according to the original schedule. If the venue of such match will be modified (except where the home team, even playing as a guest, will be considered home team) the bets will be considered valid until the home team is considered the home team. For any match located in a neutral field (or simply not shown in our website) bets will be considered valid regardless which will be the home or guest team. If an official schedule will show different details about teams as shown on our website, the bets will be voided. An example is when the official schedule is shown next to the team "Reserves" or "Age" (ex. under 18), "sex" (such as male / female matches). 3 Correct Score: The correct score of the game must be predicted exactly. HT/FT: You have to predict the outcome of the first half and the full-time result in the same bet. Halftime 1x2: You have to predict the outcome of the first half: 1 1st HT (home team will have the lead after the first half time); X 1st HT (it will be a draw) or 2 1st HT (away team lead). 1x2 2nd Half: you have to forecast the score considering only the second half time, without mentioning the first half score. Example: The score at half time between Man UTD - Liverpool 2-0 and the final score is 2-1 for Man UTD. The result in this case will be "2 2nd half" (Liverpool) because considering only the second half the result is x2 Handicap: the outcome of the bet with handicap is obtained by adding the handicap to the final result of the match (or subtracting). The sign (+ or -) and the listed amount of goals has to be considered. Score/No Score: You have to forecast whether a selected team (home or away) will score any goals or not. Total Goals: You have to forecast the total number of goals that will be scored in a match (0-1; 2-3; 4-6; exact number: 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 4 or more; 5 or more; 7 or more). Total Goals HT: You have to forecast the total number of goals that will be scored during the first half: 1st HT 1+ (one or more goals); 1st HT 2+ (two or more goals); 1st HT 3+ (three or more goals); or during the second half: 2nd HT 2+ (two or more goals); 2nd HT 3+ (three or more goals). HT More Goals: You have to forecast in which half there will be more goals scored. If there is an equal number of goals scored in both halves, or no goals

4 at all, the winning selection will be X (draw). Correct Score first half: The correct score of the 1st half of the game must be predicted exactly. Correct Score second half: The correct score of the 2nd half of the game must be predicted exactly, without considering the score at halftime. Only goals scored in the second half count. Home Team O/U: Predict if there will be more or fewer goals scored by the home team than the number indicated by PlanetWin365. Away Team O/U: Predict if there will be more or fewer goals scored by the away team than the number indicated by PlanetWin365. Goal Odd/Even: It must be guessed if the total number of goals scored in a match is going to be odd or even. A 0-0 result is considered even. If the match is suspended all the bets will be voided. Goal Goal/No Goal: Two possible outcomes: GG (both teams score) and NG (one or both teams don't score). If the match is suspended after both teams made at least one goal, the GOAL bets will win and the NO GOAL will lose. If the match is suspended with a 0-0 result all the bets will be voided. Ov/Un Goal: You have to forecast if the total number of goals scored will be higher or lower than the specified threshold next to the Ov / Un caption. If the match is suspended all the bets will be voided unless the bet result has not been already determined. Number of cards during the match: The yellow card counts as 1, the red card counts as 2. All the second yellow cards drawn will be ignored when it comes to bettings (the maximum value for any player is 3). The result of such bets will be determined with all available proofs of the cards drawn during the

5 regular 90 minutes match time. Every further card drawn after the regular timing of the match will be considered not valid. Every card given to any person who is not active in the game field (example, coach, players not playing, reserves) won't be considered valid. If a game will be suspended before the regular 90 minutes playtime, every bet will be canceled unless where the result of certain bets has been already confirmed. First received: When one or more players will get a card due to the same in game event, for the stated purpose of the bets, the "winner" player will be considered the one who will be shown the card first from the referee. This both applies to yellow and red cards. Next goal: free kick - goal must be scored on a free kick without any ball deviation. 6 Last team scorer: You have to forecast the team that scores the last match goal. If the match is suspended all the bets will be voided. Tennis Tennis match will be considered invalid in case of a cancellation or if interrupted and not resumed/finished within 72 hours from the official start time.if a match is for whatever reason played on a different surface, other than the one published initially by the tournament officials, GIAMAX reserves the right to consider the event void. If one of the players listed to play withdraws or is disqualified before the beginning of the match or during the first set, the bets will be considered void. If a player withdraws before his/her first match of the tournament, bets relating to that player winning the tournament or reaching a certain phase will be void.
