3 SNAPPIN.IO Snappin is an ecosystem oriented to retail that aims to increase in store sales due to the proactive involvement of users, relying on mechanisms of "Engagement", "Empowerment " and " Gamification ". Snappin is based on the important concept of "value exchange", essential factor to motivate Customer purchase using methods and features that allow to easily organize the hybridization of physical and digital initiatives. Snappin simplifies and enhances the communication of content, specifically designed by dedicated editors, and at the same time stimulates the creation of user Generated Content by encouraging participation and user interaction. Snappin engages and wraps users in a 360 degrees experience even interacting with "social" world, thus creating a unique experience. 4 Snappin Server Snappin-Server is the heart of all FWR realizations: a platform that include CRM services, Cloud content delivery, community manangment B2B / B2C, interfaces with large displays and mobile devices. Developed in 4 years of project, his nature oriented to flexibility, security and high availability of service has enabled several customers in the Retail world to introduce innovative business models based on enhanced shopping experience of their customers. The applications are declined on mobile devices such as smart phones or tablet, monitors, PCs, interactive tables, large displays, video walls. The compatibility with a wide range of sensors such as movement, weight, light, pressure combined with cameras, touch screens and other innovative interactive devices allows to create complete systems based on customer specifications. The strength of this mechanism is the convergence: the user is in contact with the service regardless of the interface used and is able to utilize their full potential thanks to a constant exchange of value. This creates a virtuous synergy between the physical and digital environments that allows to trigger digital events based on physical actions and vice versa. The customer always has an identity and a specific profile both within the Point of Sale and in the digital services. Snappinboard It is an "All in One" device, with considerable computational capacity, which interfaces with monitors of any size to turn them into intelligent components with the capability to interact with the user thanks to dedicated applications. Snappin Board accepts a wide range of sensors to generate interaction with their surroundings. It is a low consumption device, with 4G connectivity if needed, and is easily integrable into any monitor or dedicated device. Signage Manager Signage Manager is the system that comes with a monitor, typically 40 to 55 inches, and thanks to sensors installed, allows you to phisically interact with customers through an app installed on their personal mobile devices, presenting information content and "call to action ". Multi-Function Table Multi Function Table is an interactive table that allows you to generate an inside 360 degrees interaction both to customers and to sales assistants across multiple functions, including: content display & digital commerce while the customer is waiting to be served; cash tax for the staff (POS); providing staff training content.

5 Welcome Provider The Welcome Provider is the " wow " access point that creates a point of contact where the user is recognized and interacts with the business CRM through a simple, engaging directly in the store. Consists of a monitor, typically vertically integrated in a specially designed cabinet, and requires the use of Snappin Board and the software necessary to interface to Snappin Server. Retail Manager The Retail Manager is the system able to receive interactions from a table where products are displayed generating, for example at the lift of one of them by the Customer, information on its use shown on the sorrounding tablets or displays, without any need for the customer to install or activate special software or apps. Mobile End User Application The Mobile End User Application must create interest, allow to view the product offer and give the opportunity to create a personalized wish list that will then be made available to the systems inside the store in order to create a combination between digital and physical experience creating attention and involvement by the customer. It is usually integrated in the Point of Sale systems via interactions defined from time to time in the design phase and is available on Apple ios, Android and Windows Mobile platforms with its publication in the relevant store. Mobile Pos Application The Mobile Point of Sale Application allows to control all activities related to the management of the Point of Sale and the reception of the customer. It is typically based on a tablet and is designed to integrate with CRM, with the welcome provider, with the internet portal. The user interface is simple and functional and also integrates with multi function table and the signage manager. The application is typically developed on Android and Apple ios. All the above features require additional services such as: Hosting on cloud - dedicated server Upload and specific media content management Training to the Customer on delivery Service and maintenance Servizi It requires use of Snappin Board and the software necessary to interface to Snappin Server to deliver the designed customer experience
