To accomplish this task, we made sure that the cm4520 can essentially do everything in a relatively simple way. The all in one system architecture allows all functions to share resources. It automatically streamlines your workflow, eliminating those annoying bottlenecks. Whether it s high-speed or high-quality, the Optional Staple Finisher (not shown) Finisher with standard 2/3 hole punch lets you sort, group, multi-position staple and hole punch documents. Standard Hard Disk Drive 40GB HDD for scanning and saving documents in User Box. cm4520 will print, copy, scan or fax while managing your documents and keeping them secure. And it will do all this cost-effectively with the touch of a button on the control panel or a click of your mouse. When you add the optional finishing touches, it covers them all from up to 60-page booklets, sorting, stapling, hole punching and cover insertion.
